Step outside and see the spacious furnished patio! There's an outdoor dining area that's shaded by a large patio umbrella - perfect for enjoying a BBQ meal hot off the grill. After eating, you can burn off those calories with a game of volleyball or badminton, we've got the sports net and equipment for either! Or perhaps you'd rather play some lawn games with your crew. We've got cornhole AND horseshoe to choose from, let the fun begin in our fully fenced in yard. We've even got a putting green and clubs for your entertainment! After the sun goes down, there's nothing like cozying up around the gas fire-table on the patio, sipping on a local brew.

New stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, large capacity fridge/freezer combo, full sized oven and stove-top, and microwave. It has everything you need to prepare a lovely home-cooked meal, which you can enjoy at the dining room table, or the outdoor dining area on the patio!

Guests get full access to the home and there is free parking in the driveway with space for two vehicles.
