Great location snd relaxing view. Nice and clean place to stay. I'd bring extra towels, 1 towel per person for 3 nights was disappointing. Overall great stay!

Everything was really good. The only issue I had was the parking because if there’s an event in that area, the parking that you do across the street it could be full and even though you’ve paid for several days, you may not have a place to park so there’s nothing set other than that everything was good.

The location is the best! It's in the middle of great places to eat and lots of shops. You can see all that is going on from the view on the balcony. I have stayed here before and will surely stay again.

This property may work for some travelers, but it didn't serve our needs well. Property is in a great spot, with a great view. However it is overdue for some upgrades, TLC, etc... For instance - the sheets (although clean) were stained, which is a bad look. Old tile and visibly aged grout in bathroom throughout, and a bit of a musty type smell in the apartment overall. We also had trouble parking across the street, (which was in a gravel lot) as the spaces were all filled up at times, despite us paying for multiple days. Not really a 'space' issue-but does impact our stay and usability. The host was great, and again, the property may sit some, but didn't work for us.

We are sorry to hear that the condo didn't meet your needs. I have reached out to our housekeepers to make sure they don't miss any stained linens in the future. The parking is completely out of our control and the listing reflects there not being a dedicated parking spot, but I can see how that affected your stay. We will continue to strive to get better.

Real nice view. Unit is clean and in very good condition. A couple light bulbs out, and just one roll of toilet paper. Must park across street but we didn't need the car to go anywhere; easy to walk to numerous great restaurants and bars. Wilmington is fun and we truly enjoyed our stay. We'll be back.

The bed is extremely comfortable. This condo has beautiful views and you cannot beat the location. Ample parking (you pay to park). It was not the cleanest rental property, but it was adequate and I understand the need for quick turnover.

The views are amazing. Room was exactly as presented. Really good shape with everything you need. Walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown on the waterfront. Standing above the boardwalk sipping coffee while watching the sun come up...come on...what more do you want.
Afternoon sun shining in.
Seriously, can the view get any better.
