Beautiful views. It creaks a lot when walking and the Smart oven was not usable due to its settings, but other than that it was great. I unfortunately did not get to take my dog, but will try to rent it again and bring him.

Absolutely unacceptable stay. The cabin was dirty on arrival, had dead bugs and debris, no usable hot water for showering, and what appeared to be mold/organic growth. I spent the night wheezing and barely slept, and we were traveling with our young child.We reported everything immediately, documented it with photos and video, and ultimately left early. Management refused any refund and hid behind contract language instead of taking responsibility for the condition of the property.The mountain view was beautiful. Everything else about the experience was a disaster, and the way management handled it made it worse. I would not book with this company again.

It was dirty. Mouse dropping under the TV. Dead bugs all over. The cabin was pretty beat up. Dishes were dirty. Pans had food on them. Couches were torn up. The place had a funny smell. Decorations were broken. No hot showers. Hot water for showers lasted less than 5 minutes. Hot tube smelled like mold. The view was beautiful.

We're very sorry your stay was so disappointing. What you described - mouse droppings, dead insects, dirty dishes and pans with food, torn furniture, broken decorations, an unpleasant odor, limited hot water, and a hot tub that smelled like mold is unacceptable. We’re glad the view was a bright spot. We immediately notified housekeeping, pest control, and maintenance. We have scheduled a full deep clean and pest inspection, are removing and replacing any contaminated dishware and linens, and will repair or replace damaged furnishings and decorations as needed. Maintenance will inspect the water heater/plumbing to restore consistent hot water and will drain, clean, and disinfect the hot tub and test it before future guests. We’re also reviewing cleaning and maintenance logs and retraining staff to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention.
