Nice property, great view

The property was clean and well stocked. The mountain views from the porch and interior (including the shower!) were great. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It is quite a walk from the downtown and train station, but nice and quiet. Highly recommended!

Cozy chalet apartment

We enjoyed the apartment’s location, the super cozy beds, spacious living area and kitchen. The views were spectacular of the mountains. We loved having coffee on the airy porch. We would be delighted to stay here again.

A lovely stay

The place is simple and clean and functional. The view is great. The bus service is good. We had access to excellent hikes and enjoyed our time immensely. Good weather a help! The nearby restaurant is a very nice family run place.

We had a wonderful vacation

We really liked the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped. Nothing is missing. The view out of the window is amazing. The garage parking space is unfortunately too small for slightly larger cars, the public parking lots nearby are very expensive. But we found a good solution with the owner.We can recommend the accommodation!Thank you very much!

A lovely retreat

This location is a bit up the mountain (I'm sure it is fantastic for skiing but we visited in August). As such, it is away from the nutty tourist centre and the views are fantastic. The local bus service is super efficient and a brilliant way to get to the top if you do not want to hike the slope up. The flat itself is spacious and bright. It was amenable to self-catering, and had excellent laundry facilities.

Beautiful Views

Despite great views, access to building and apartment very difficult due to door locks being extremely difficult to open. Kitchen was clean however if you plan on cooking you will need to buy everything. Bus access to Grindelwald center very convenient.

I loved this place, the flat was like it is called very cozy and comfortable, everything you needed spend time with your family, all the amenities in the kitchen were A you just need to get the groceries and you were great, the transportation was so easy and accessible, the view right in front of the flat was breathtaking wow, we really had a great time and Carol the host was amazing answering fast out inquiries and very kind. We hope we can return to Grindelwald soon and hopefully stay at this cozy flat, thanks so much Carol.

Excellent stay, great communication, comfortable beds, relaxing, gorgeous view of Eiger right from the little balcony. Everything was absolutely great!! Pay attention to the detailed instructions provided by the host. Take time to park in the garage.

Grindelwald Apartment

Lovely large, clean apartment with fabulous views. Regular buses into town. Tv with Netflix. Able to ski down to cable car. Garage space not big enough if you have a large car. We parked in guest space next to building.

Grindelwald Chalet

The chalet was really clean and nice. The owner was was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. The view was amazing and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. We cooked a couple nights and had everything we needed. Upon arrival, we missed the last bus(6:41pm) from town and there were no cabs available. We had to lug our bags up the hill, which was challenging. Be aware of that when you arrive. Otherwise, it was amazing!

Goed verblijf

Leuk appartement, alles wat er moet zijn is er, niet meer of niet minder. Mooi uitzicht. We dachten dat we aan de piste zouden zitten, dit is echter niet waar, het appartement ligt aan een heel klein oefengebiedje voor beginnende skiërs en er is geen aansluiting naar de rest van het gebied.

Nice appartment

Enough space for 5 adults. Kitchen complete equipped, nice balcony at the sun side, garage is small, not suitable with a ski box or large car. Very nice close to the Bodmi bus station, and there you can also ski towards the First cable car station.
