Beläget nära centrum av staden, steg till stranden samt Boatslip, butiker, restauranger och nattliv. Flyer är rätt bakom huset där man kan hyra en båt eller kajak för att utforska Ptown. Parkering för 1 bil direkt på Commercial St. Däck på baksidan mot vattnet. Trägolv i hela och 2 gaskaminer. The property was excellent for a birthday weekend with the spouse and friends. The location is exceptional for enjoying PTown and Eddie was incredibly easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend staying here and we are looking forward to returning.

Just as cute as the pictures. Great location. Eddie is awesome. Would definitely stay there again. Only recommendation would be new mattresses and pillows in both main level bedrooms.

Eddie is an engaged owner who has designed a beautiful condo in a prime West End Location. It is only a half a block away from the Boatslip and a short walk to West End favorites including The Red Inn. Perfect for a group of 4 or 5 with two spacious main-floor bedrooms and one cozy “A-frame” shaped one (up a spiral staircase) ideal for a single occupant. Nice outdoor deck area overlooking a local boatyard (and the water beyond).

An absolutely perfect ptown stay! Eddie’s place is gorgeous, clean, spacious, and conveniently located. My friends and I enjoyed spending time on the large patio before walking to our fave spots on and around commercial st. Eddie was also a very knowledgeable and gracious host, making a point to chat on the phone ahead of our trip to give our group the lay of the land which was so sweet of him! Will be back again and again!

Perfect getaway!

Eddie's place was even nicer than in the pictures. Location was perfect, the place was spacious, and we had an awesome visit. The best place of the half dozen that I've rented in Ptown over the years.

Great location, view, parking, and very comfortable.

I’ve been coming to Ptown for over fifty years with family and this is really a prime rental. The parking spot actually fits my full sized pickup and made it a lot more convenient for grocery shopping and trips to the beach. It was steps away from all the shopping and entertainment. The main deck was a really relaxing spot to watch the fog roll in one night. Mattresses are very comfy. The showers were luxurious with a lot of water pressure and plenty of hot water. Eddie, the owner is very responsive. I highly recommend.

We stayed at Eddie’s house on our yearly friend trip to Provincetown - location was outstanding, communication with Eddie was prompt and helpful, no issues at all. Pictures were accurate and we had a lovely stay.

Great location, comfortable accommodations and a very responsive host.

The 4 of us had a great time in Eddie’s place. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and centrally located. A very low maintenance experience, would rent again and recommend to any group looking to enjoy Provincetown.

Perfect Ptown Lodging

This is a fabulous property and our group had a wonderful experience staying here. It's in a slightly quieter area but very close to the center of town. The house was well equipped and comfortable and the host was incredibly responsive and well prepared with recommedations to make sure we had the best trip possible. Highly recommend booking this property.

Great Place to Hang with Friends and Family

Great host. Great accommodations. Everything you could need was already there - umbrellas, to go coffee cups, coffee!, paper towels, games and many movies on dvd. Wonderful bright place to relax close to everthing in PTown. Can't wait to go back.

Great location -- perfect beach house

Six of us stayed at Eddie's place and had a wonderful time. Well appointed home with comfy beds and in the best location of PTown! It's got some age on it (front door must be closed well), but really an amazing place to stay. Owner was very responsive in every situation as well.

Spring break in Ptown

Eddie's place was perfect for a fun, relaxing spring break getaway in Ptown. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive, and the deck is awesome for just hanging out close to home!

Awesome place!

The pictures actually do not do this place justice. There is so much space to spread out and relax. Also everything in town is about a 5 minute walk. The outdoor space was beautiful too!
