Beläget nära centrum av staden, steg till stranden samt Boatslip, butiker, restauranger och nattliv. Flyer är rätt bakom huset där man kan hyra en båt eller kajak för att utforska Ptown. Parkering för 1 bil direkt på Commercial St. Däck på baksidan mot vattnet. Trägolv i hela och 2 gaskaminer. Snabb wifi, 46 "LCD-TV med Bose högtalarsystem, iPod / iPhone-docka i varje sovrum. 3 queen sängar med memory foam-madrass. Regnskog dusch / golvvärme i både badrum. Perfect getaway!

Eddie's place was even nicer than in the pictures. Location was perfect, the place was spacious, and we had an awesome visit. The best place of the half dozen that I've rented in Ptown over the years.

We stayed at Eddie’s house on our yearly friend trip to Provincetown - location was outstanding, communication with Eddie was prompt and helpful, no issues at all. Pictures were accurate and we had a lovely stay.

Great location, comfortable accommodations and a very responsive host.

The 4 of us had a great time in Eddie’s place. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and centrally located. A very low maintenance experience, would rent again and recommend to any group looking to enjoy Provincetown.

Perfect Ptown Lodging

This is a fabulous property and our group had a wonderful experience staying here. It's in a slightly quieter area but very close to the center of town. The house was well equipped and comfortable and the host was incredibly responsive and well prepared with recommedations to make sure we had the best trip possible. Highly recommend booking this property.

Great Place to Hang with Friends and Family

Great host. Great accommodations. Everything you could need was already there - umbrellas, to go coffee cups, coffee!, paper towels, games and many movies on dvd. Wonderful bright place to relax close to everthing in PTown. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing Ptown Condo

The pictures do not do this spacious condo justice. Waking up to the ocean views out on the expansive back deck was a treat in addition to the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Within minutes walking to boatslip and restaurants made this a prime location for the cool fall weather. Eddie made the check in process super easy and communicated expectations well in advance. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property for your next ptown stay!

Great location -- perfect beach house

Six of us stayed at Eddie's place and had a wonderful time. Well appointed home with comfy beds and in the best location of PTown! It's got some age on it (front door must be closed well), but really an amazing place to stay. Owner was very responsive in every situation as well.

Awesome place!

The pictures actually do not do this place justice. There is so much space to spread out and relax. Also everything in town is about a 5 minute walk. The outdoor space was beautiful too!

Very charming place in great part of town

Some friends and I come to Provincetown every summer and we were so lucky to have found this property for our visit this year. It's right on Commercial Street but just as the quiet area begins, so you're still close to everything. The decor is great, beds are very comfortable, and the shower in the main path is fantastic. The property owner is very nice and accessible. He provided a lot of great tips for newcomers. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring break in Ptown

Eddie's place was perfect for a fun, relaxing spring break getaway in Ptown. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive, and the deck is awesome for just hanging out close to home!
