Välkommen till vårt fritidshus på Myrtle Beach - Gulfstream Cottages 304! Ett vackert inredda, helt nya två sovrum, två badrum radhus, med helt nya möbler, elektronik och apparater. Det ligger bara ett kvarter från stranden!

Just What We Needed

This property is in excellent condition and provided us with everything wee needed for a week long vacation. The location was only a block from the beach and in a safe area. Victor was absolutely wonderful to communicate with - as he stayed on top of any issues and checked in on us throughout the week, without us having to call him. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to lay your head!

Our family attended a busy spring break in Myrtle Beach and this rental was great to have a spot to lay our heads and reset for our next adventure.Victor was very communicative and helpful throughout the process!

Pleasant cottage

The location is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay in the quiet space. Our only complaint was the weather. The hostess was very friendly and accessible. We would definitely consider this location for future visits to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Excellent place to stay

Excellent place to say. Great location. Great price. Everything neat and tidy. What else can I say about this place. Victor is a wonderful host. Very attentive and replied to all my questions and needs asap. The weather could have been nicer as it was a guys golf trip. But that’s out of everyone’s hands. HahahWould book again here for sure.

Nice townhome

Nice property, good location, easy to check in. Beds comfortable. Could use some upgrades, paint and tile slipping in the kitchen. King bed comfortable but noisy when moving.

Great Spot

Had a fantastic stay here. My buddies and I were there for a softball tournament and this place was perfect for our 3 night stay. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

Stayed here for 3 nights with a group of friends for my 25th birthday the house was beautiful and the perfect amount of space. I would definitely stay here again the beach was close as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Great location and lovely home.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Great property, clean, beautiful inside and all amenities needed for a stay at the beach. 2 minute walk down to the water and easy cab ride to any place in the Myrtle Beach area. I would recommend and stay again.

Central Myrtle Beach

Located in central Myrtle Beach.The beaches and golf South of this location were wonderful! The condo provided everything we needed for our stay. Communication with Owner was excellent.

A great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils. When we had a question, it was answered very quickly. The house was a great choice for us!

Great Week at the Beach!

My friends and I rented out this cottage to spend a week down a Myrtle beach together and we had a wonderful time! The house was clean and the pool was very close! We would definitely recommend this house if you're looking for a family friendly environment that's close to the beach and pool!

Beautiful cottage

Victor was very nice and readily available via text for our needs. The cottage was beautiful and made us feel at home. It is conveniently located a block off of Ocean Blvd and within driving distance of the boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Myrtle Beach.

Great little cottage/townhome.

This place met all our needs and was as expected upon arrival. Victor was great to work with and checked on us upon arrival and during our visit. Great location for us as it was close to our family we were visiting. Would definitely recommend and would rent again in the future. SLJ

Splendid!

Very clean property with everything you need. Kitchen well equipped. Host was FABULOUS. Close to the beach and several restaurants. Walmart Neighborhood market is right around the corner. Easy check in/out. Host very attentive!

Nice place despite the weather

The property was clean, well maintained, and comfortably furnished - no complaints. Nice location - 1 block from beach access and a short walk to a K&W Cafeteria and other restaurants. Due to the inclement weather, we spent much more time inside than we planned so the large flat screen tv's and DVD player were much appreciated. The owner, Victor, contacted us a couple of times to make sure all was good.

Very nice

We loved this house. It was perfect for us. My husband could work every day with the wi-fi. The house is well furnished,the kitchen included all necessities, the bed was comfortable and having a front porch was a bonus. The house is just a block from the beach and close to many restaurants. Victor was just a phone call away if anything was needed.

Great location - close to the beach and quiet

My husband and I spent a week in this house in February. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and the helpfulness and courtesy of the owners. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the beach within 5 minutes. We enjoy walking and this house house was also very close (a 50 minute walk) to the Market Commons area where there are good restaurants and a few upper scale shops. We particularly enjoyed the state parks and visiting historic Georgetown. We were happy that we chose this property as it was quiet and away from the hubbub and noise of the beach corridor. Thank you to Victor and Pei for sharing their house.

Quaint and Clean

Our experience was great, starting with the booking process. All questions answered, prompt communication, and very clear instructions upon arrival. The townhouse is adorable, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We especially appreciated having a private patio with a charchol grill. Some of the furniture is "well used," but overall we found the accommodations to be quite cozy. The beach is a short walk away. We enjoyed daily walks to the boardwalk, barefoot along the shore. A car is needed to access most Myrtle Beach highlights, but convenient access to all. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Victor, for your hospitality!

Loved the cottage!

We had a great time staying at this cottage! There was plenty of space for our family of four. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. The location was close enough to walk to the beach and far enough away from the commotion of the resorts to find peace and quiet. We enjoyed the small pool and even though it was a holiday week, we didn't find it too crowded. Groceries were close by and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Victor was always quick to respond to our communications. We would love to stay here again soon. Have been to Myrtle Beach many times and this was by far our favorite place to stay so far! Not fans of the large resorts. Time to plan another trip back!

Bright, beautiful, and cozy beach house!

My family and I just returned home from our vacation at this cottage, and we are already missing this place! We loved it. It was exactly as portrayed in the pictures--in wonderful condition, with lots of natural sunlight, and very clean! The amenities were great-- flat screen tv's in every bedroom, washer/dryer combo, hairdryers in the bathrooms, super comfy beds, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cooler, etc. Probably the most comfortable and accomodating vacation home we have ever booked. Victor was wonderful to work with--he reached out prior to our departure to ensure we did not have any questions and also touched base a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. He was incredibly responsive and answered within minutes if I had a question. All in all, this is a fabulous vacation home, and our entire family enjoyed it very much! I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you Victor!!

Senior Trip to Myrtle Beach

My friends and I decided to head to Myrtle Beach for our senior trip. We came across these Townhomes and decided to try and get one of them. After looking around and reading reviews we decided that this was the best option for us. As soon as we got to the house, we realized that we had made the right decision by picking this home. The interior of the house was very nice and had good wood flooring. We were all shocked at how nice it was for the price. Also, all the amenities that came with it was awesome. We got a lot of use from the four beach chairs and the beach umbrella. Victor also provided a couple of soap packets for both the dishwasher and clothes washer which was very nice. The rooms were nice and the foldable bed came in handy so we could each have our own bed. The location is great at just a block away from the beach. I would definitely recommend this home to both families and kids. Victor was also very well with communicating and being there if we needed him.
