The property amenities include a shared pool & hot tub, fitness room and pickleball/tennis courts, and shuffleboard courts. Not to mention the assistance of an activity concierge to help you plan activities while on island.
If you love sunsets and amazing scenery, this condo is perfect for you. Enjoy the views from the spacious lanai or the relaxing living room space. Watch for breaching whales in the winter or stand up paddlers, foil borders and windsurfers year round.
The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new stainless steel appliances, including range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Along with an array of utensils and appliances available to elevate the cooking experience, including a Ninja Foodie, waffle maker, electronic food scale, blender, toaster, grill set and meat thermometer. Including more than enough cookware for all your baking and cooking needs, including measuring cups and spoons, serving bowls, and platters. Not to mention plenty of dining ware, glasses and flatware to serve six in the stunning dining area.
If you have to work while you are on vacation, there is a designated work station for your convenience with a monitor to connect into.
After the sun goes down, enjoy the evening on a 65â TV with cable, streaming and free WiFi.
