This private basement apartment is located in a quiet Bountiful neighborhood. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds. The living room has a pullout couch, apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, full bath. Beautiful property and views. Spacious with private entry.
The space
Full basement apartment with separate entrance. Homeowner lives above. 1100 Sq. ft. provides lots of room to spread out, with tons of daylight. Close to hiking and biking trails and the Bountiful Temple. Just 7 mins. to the freeway and 19 mins. to downtown Salt Lake City or the airport. Snowbasin Ski Resort is just 50 minutes to the north, with Alta, Snowbird, Park City and Deer Valley within an hour drive to the south. Close to Lagoon and South Davis Recreation Center, with a park with playground just a 1-minute walk away.

Spring break ski trip.

Came to ski in Salt Lake with family and wanted to stay close to our friend’s house in Bountiful. This accommodation was perfect for our family of four.

Quick trip

Nice clean place geeat area. They had some snacks in a basket which was cute also. Easy access to get in and out. Only con was icould hear people walking late at night above me and im a light sleeper. But overall would totally recommended

Safe, Spacious Beautiful

This a a clean large place. I stayed alone the first night and my husband and kids joined me for the 2nd night. Communication was clear—check in was easy. Owners were extremely kind when my teenagers arrived and went to the owners living quarters instead of the basement as they were directed. Super owners.

Great place to stay

We highly recommend!

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Windows overlook a beautiful backyard. There is a full kitchen and dining area. The hosts are gracious and accommodating. We hope to stay here next time we are in the area.
