Trevligt grannskap med vacker utsikt över bergen. 1600 kvm hus med nyligen ombyggda kök och nyligen ombyggda mÀstare bad och andra bad. Höger bredvid motorvÀg. 6 sovplatser med 3 bÀddar. 8 sovplatser med uppslagmadrass. 1 king size-sÀng och 2 queen size-sÀngar. Rymligt kök med frys / kylskÄp, mikrovÄgsugn, diskmaskin, ugn / rÀckvidd, tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare, matsal och din / tv-rum. Grill i bakgÄrd. Allt konstverk i hemmet har mÄlats av mig.

Bara 10 minuetter norr om Salt Lake City. 10 min till convention center, 15 minuets norr om flygplatsen. Minuter frÄn skidorter, restauranger, shopping och nattliv, atv spÄr, Mt. cykling, vandring, bÄtliv etc. TvÄ barer inom gÄngavstÄnd.

Har höghastighetsinternet, WiFi, Blu Ray Player, och med tillgÄng till Netflix och 100: e av andra appar, för att göra din semester trevlig för alla. Det finns en lokal rec-center nÄgra kvarter bort dÀr du kan njuta av badtunna, pool, skridskoÄkning, racket boll, gym och inomhus spÄr.

Great place to stay

Honestly can't say enough good things about the property and the owners communication. It's was perfectly central to everything we wanted to see and do in Northern Utah. 15 minutes from downtown SLC, 10 minutes from Lagoon. 50 minutes from Provo, 25 minutes from Ogden. It was perfect. I was worried about other reviewers talking about the neighborhood, that was not an issue at all. Sure, neighborhood is a bit older but had no issues and neighbors were very nice. Home is a little old, but very comfortable. The home is situated near I-15, we had zero issues nor could we hear the traffic. Honestly love this home and when we come back to Utah again, I'll definitely reserve this property again. Appreciate the owner leaving us a note if community activities that we're taking place during our stay. We were able to attend some. Really appreciated everything.

Ski trip

The property is located in an overall quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. We were on a family ski trip and it was perfect middle ground between our ski locations. Everything at the property was in working order and had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens were provided. The host communicated well before,during,and after the stay.

Bountiful family visit

Our stay was good at this house. We had an issue with the furnace on Thanksgiving night and Sam was able to get things fixed despite the holiday. Comfy bed. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Awesome house for our annual Lagoon trip

This house was perfect for our annual Lagoon trip, super easy to find and close to the freeway. Will diffently try to stay here again next year.

Cute little spot!

Cute spot we stayed in! Perfect for our family of 5. It was cute and kitchen was well stocked which was perfect as we cooked a lot there. It was close to so much which meant we didn’t have to do an insane amount of driving. Host let us check in early since we made good travel time and communication was great

This home has got some character to it. It has a roomy feel when you walk in. Has a big back yard for outdoor games. I love that this house is only minutes away from the airport and Salt Lake City and all sorts of out door activities.
