There is a shared driveway on this property, so please make sure to park directly in front of the garage. The driveway will need to be accessible to the neighbors.

Guests will receive a keypad code the day prior or the morning of their reservation date.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest

Door lock failure

I cannot give this host a favorable rating. There has been an ongoing problem with the keypad on the door. The host had a workaround for this problem but it wasn't communicated to the guest. This resulted in being locked out of the house at 1:30am. We were locked out until 12:40 the next day. The failure to fix the lock problem along with the lack of communication regarding the workaround was very difficult. The fact the host had not fixed the keypad suggests this problem could affect future guests in a negative fashion.

This property was conducive to our needs; however, we were a bit taken aback at the cleanliness of it on the inside as well as the outside. Paying over $500.00 a night, our expectations were definitely higher than what we experienced.

Alright but issues with lock/safety

The house was very clean and nice on the inside. The managers were very responsive and helpful. However, they listed the wrong check in code on the check in, so I couldn’t check in for 1.5 hours after my scheduled time. The deadbolt was electronic and would randomly unlock itself throughout the day/night. I can’t confirm it but I believe someone tried to get into the house and was pressing numbers on the key pad.

We enjoyed your place- it was perfect for our stay while in Athens for the NCAA Swim Championships. Highly recommend for anyone coming into town for any events at UGA. Was perfect for hosting a pizza dinner one evening for several of us parents. Thank you.

Great location/stay but a few things they need to improve asap

Great location to the wedding we were attending. It is a nice place to stay but a few things need to be changed asap. First thing when we walked into where the bedroom was I noticed the bath towels were poorly folded and there was a basically an empty paper towel roll just laying there. Made me think that they were careless. Also, if they would just leave that there what else did they not pay attention to cleaning wise. There was a stain on the right side of the comforter and the pillow cases. Everything else seemed clean that I noticed. When we were leaving the place for dinner the first night we probably spent 15-20 min trying to lock the door. It is a digital deadbolt with a code that doesn’t lock without a key. Worked fine getting in but locking up it wouldn’t work at all with the code. We tried everything. Called and left the contact # that was provided a voicemail. I quickly got a text that there was a lock box with a key but that key didn’t work. Saw another lock box and asked about that one. After given the code to the second lock box there was a key that finally worked. Other than that it was fine. Better than a hotel in my opinion.

Great location but needs a new housekeeper/cleaner

The location is very close to downtown Athens, walkable....a little under a mile to downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I didn't know the house onsite is also a rental and we share the driveway parking. But they were quiet, so no issue there. This garage unit we booked is set up very nice. Comfy bed and living room furniture. Nice full sized kitchen, well equipped. Someone had stayed the night before us and had cooked breakfast before they left....there is no vent hood above the stove so it smelled very strongly of fried food when we arrived. There's a few issues with this place that can be easily corrected, i'm hoping the owner will see this. The biggest issue is that the front door can't be locked easily. It seems the door latch isn't lined up correctly. That needs fixed ASAP. Another "issue" is the cleanliness....or lack of. The bathroom sink was dirty and the towels are stained and I kept finding pink long hair on towels, pillows, etc. There were two of us that stayed two nights and we were only provided with 2 washcloths and 2 towels. I don't mind reusing a towel but there needs to be enough washcloths sufficient for the total guests and number of days. The next issue was the shower - there is a rain shower head but no way to turn it on. Very odd. I asked the property manager how to turn it on but they didn't know. I ran out of hot water too. I didn't even wash my hair because of this, so I think the hot water heater is just undersized. Another odd thing was there were no receptacles/outlets in the bathroom....so you will have to use them in the bedroom. Not convenient. For us sleepers that are sensitive to light....the bedroom window has a sheer curtain on it so it's VERY bright early in the morning. A light blocking curtain or blind would be perfect and easy to change out. The 2 mini split HVAC systems worked perfect. Not sure why others have said it was cold...maybe they didn't know how to operate them. The foosball table would be fun if it weren't slanted...the ball kept rolling to one corner. The curtain installed in front of the garage door was too short and didn't block the entire door....so anyone could just see right into the space. Make sure to bring your shampoo/soap/etc...as there isn't any in this unit. We used the firepit behind the garage which sat in the middle of a pool that had been filled in with gravel. The edge of the pool is still there with concrete all around. It's very dark out there and I tripped over that edge and landed on the concrete on my hip. OUCH! That is such a hazard and i'm afraid someone is going to get hurt badly out there. Bring your own firewood...we went to many gas stations and no one sold firewood....finally found firewood out of the town. All in all, it's a great location, but needs some attention to broken items and a new housekeeper!

Cute converted garage close to Everything Athens

Everything is brand new and I may have been the first one to reserve this location. The place is located super close to UGA campus and downtown. The outdoor area is a nice feature but we didn't stay long enough to use. Bed is super comfortable and I loved the brand new shower. The check-in process was easy except I received a separate note from a British company called Superhog asking me to pay $500 deposit or non-refundable $35 insurance policy. Superhog is a guest verification provider and I was super confused whether it was necessary since I didn't get any further communication and nothing was listed on the VRBO listing. I ended up not paying the extra money which seemed fine. While there, I inquired about WiFi passwords and how to close up upon leaving. I received quick responses which referred me to the Welcome Book. We looked everywhere and couldn't find one. We only stayed 2 nights so WiFi and Internet weren't important. I assume this place is new and they are still working on the details. I am definitely coming back and staying here.
