Our charming 22’ RV (190 sq. ft) boasts cozy living quarters including a queen memory foam mattress, kitchenette, Smart TV, and bathroom with a standard house toilet. The RV is tucked away in a shaded corner of our property and includes your own private outdoor area!

The space

Welcome to the Classic City Bungalow!

Located only 1 mile from Downtown Athens and only 2 miles from Sanford Stadium… Go Dawgs!

The Classic City Bungalow is a 22’ RV (190 sq. ft) located on our property (in our backyard). We live in the brick house on the property full time so if you need anything we’re here for you!


The Outside Area:

Even though we live on the property, we still want our guests to enjoy their privacy and relax amongst the greenery. We’ve installed a privacy fence for the RV area, so you’ll have your own private area to hang out in.

The RV is situated in a nice shaded area of our yard and there’s also an electric awning you can extend if needed. Sit back and relax in the zero-gravity chairs - great for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or winding down with a glass of wine or an Athens local brew!


The Inside Area:

Bedroom
The bedroom area is equipped with a BRAND NEW super comfortable queen sized memory foam mattress. There’s also a fan in the bedroom for those who like a cool breeze while they sleep.

Bathroom
The bathroom is small, but does feature a standard house toilet, shower, and vanity. We want all our guests to be comfortable, so please see the bathroom listing photos to get an idea of the size and layout. FYI: My husband is 6'2" / 180 lbs and was comfortable in the bathroom. In the shower, you’ll find complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels are also provided.

Kitchenette
Due to local regulations, the stove can not be operable and has been disconnected. The Bungalow does include a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, double sink, and a counter prep area. The Bungalow also has: plates, bowls, cups, mugs, silverware and other utensils.

Living & Dining
The living and dining area towards the back of the RV features a comfy love seat, 42" Smart TV, and dinette - perfect for enjoying a meal, cup of coffee, getting some work done, or playing games.

TV
The RV has a 42" Smart TV with Netflix included! You’ll also be able to connect and login to your streaming channels if you have them (such as Hulu, etc). There’s also free streaming channels available such as Tubi, Roku Channel, etc.

WIFI
Super fast WIFI included! The Bungalow has it's very own WIFI router so you can work, watch TV, etc. like you would at home :) Login and password given at check-in.

Parking
Please park on the street right before our driveway (additional street parking should also be available if you have multiple cars). We live on a dead-end street so traffic is very light.

Accessing the RV and Private Area
We have a stone and solar light pathway that guides guests to the RV. This pathway is also lit up by motion sensor lights for night-time arrivals (more info and instructions given prior to check-in)

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire RV and a designated private outdoor area.
