Relax & unwind in this beautiful country setting in the heart of sweetcorn country. Just 5 minutes from the airport & 10 minutes from downtown. This quaint little guest house is completely separate from the main home on the property and you can take in gorgeous Colorado sunrises and sunsets as you sit out in the front yard. There is a queen size bed in the main living area and a twin bed in a separate smaller room, a small kitchen that has a breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, air fryer, 2 burner stove top, toaster and coffee maker. One bathroom with a shower. No pets and no smoking allowed. The property is surrounded by cornfields across from the home and a beautiful pasture right next door that has a few horses. Plenty of parking is available in front of the guest home (including room for a trailer in case you are pulling one). Gorgeous mountain views and easy, quick access to downtown. There is a comfy loveseat and television, and high speed Wi-Fi is available.

Good Place!

Very beautiful view of the outskirts of Montrose! Peaceful and very well maintained place. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to stay in Montrose!

Montrose get-away!

We live in Grand Junction and my husband has a doctor in Montrose that he sees for his lungs and COPD treatments. We had fire in our house in GJ and they are still working on repairs so we stay in a camper traileron our property. We have used the Montrose trips as a get-away and out of the trailer

Montrose gem

Snug, warm, and private cottage with two sleeping areas for couples who snore. Was a delight to return to for 3 nights. Is located on a busy rural road, but the traffic stops at night and the stars come out for a spectacular evening display. So much better in every way than a hotel suite!

Great Experience, Very Small

Clean, safe, convenient, and met our needs. We we only used it for small meals and sleeping. Pay close attention to the size description. It is not a place to cook much or even play board games comfortably.

Good place to stay

It was nice, quiet, peaceful place to stay. The neighbors were quiet and their dog was friendly. She would sometimes join us of an evening and just lay there for a while before getting bored and go back home! Just be aware though, this is a one bedroom cabin with the second ‘room’ being a bed in the front room area. It was still a comfortable place to sleep and enjoy TV. It is small though and your only cooking to be done is in a microwave or on a burner plate. Consider eating out or getting take out!! The views are amazing and we enjoyed a few of our takeout meals in the little sitting area in the front yard late of an evening after the sun started to set. I would go again and stay here with a second adult or a good friend but not very child friendly and not a lot of privacy!!

Nice stay at Tilted Rooster

Very nice, small, quiet, comfortable place on the outskirts of Montrose. Convenient to restaurants and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Instead of a hotel room, consider this.

Perfect stay

We were visiting Montrose for only one night and we were delighted with the accommodations! Very clean and attention payed to detail. Everything snd more you would want !
