Lyxig 5 sovrum, 3 badrum fritidshus på en 1/2 hektar skogsmark mycket. Detta Lake Harmony Estates läge är ett vackert hem, med en dörr linda runt däck, vilket inkluderar en sex personer badtunna, utomhus bar set och bord set och gasgrill. Den king size sovrummet har en marmor ångdusch och 46 "platt-TV. Huvudnivån har ett badrum och två sovrum med dubbelsängar, samt ett fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och moderna apparater. Köket ser ut till vår stora rum med stor matplats och vardagsrum med 46 "platt skärm Smart TV och en vedeldad spis. Huset har centrala luft, kabel och trådlöst. På entréplanet finns två sovrum, ett med en våningssäng med en full storlek på botten våningssäng och den andra med två våningssängar (och en utdragbar säng). Det finns ett spelområde med ett biljardbord, professionell fotbollsplan, 46 tums plattskärms-TV, gasspis och queen size-bäddsoffa. Huset är en 10 minuters promenad - 2 minuters bilresa - till stranden på sjön, som också har volleyboll. Tennisbana tillgång ingår. Split Rock Resort är bara en mil bort som har en vattenpark, biograf, bowlinghall och en småbåtshamn där de hyr kajaker. Great location, nice house

We had an absolutely fantastic stay for the New Year! The property manager, Mr. Katz, was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our entire trip, ensuring everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location couldn't be better. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely be booking again with in the future!

This was by far the best place I stayed in about 20 years going to the mountains in the winter. Lots of space and very clean. Would definitely rent again. Skylar and Barry were great hosts. Thank you both. My family really enjoyed your house.

Excellent!

This was a wonderful house that was perfect for a weekend trip for 11 of us! Clean, well-maintained, and lots of fun things to do—I especially enjoyed the pool table and hanging out on the lovely deck in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

Terrific stay

Beautiful house, very clean and well-maintained, all furnishings good quality, very comfortable beds. Kids especially enjoyed the solid bunkbeds. Very spacious and great for families, excellent location. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

Great stay in a deer forest

We had a wonderful vacation in this home in Lake Harmony . So many deer and even a black bear graced us with their presence. The downstairs in the house was a haven for the kids and there was certainly plenty of space for our Family of 10.

Family Get-Away

Excellent vacation get-away, quiet location with easy access to all of the necessities. We have never seen so many Deer wandering around homes and there are definitely Bear roaming the area looking for food! The property is very roomy and fully functional for large groups.

Great March Madness getaway.

There was plenty of space for our entire group to enjoy ourselves. The fireplace was really nice to have as it was cold. We were able to grill out several nights. We had a great time!

Great spot for a getaway

We stayed here for three nights, it was great. The main living space is open and inviting, and all the bedrooms were comfortable. There was a minor issue with the dishwasher which the property manager addressed right away. We'd certainly stay here again!

Thanksgiving

Our family and friends stayed at this property during the Thanksgiving holiday and it had everything that our family needed for a very relaxing and enjoyable time. There was enough beds for everyone and the kitchen had most of the essential cooking utensils we needed to prepare the Thanksgiving meal. Barry and Skylar are great hosts and were exceptionally fast in responding to any questions or requests that we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wanted to stay here and wouldn't mind returning to it in the future, possibly during a different time of the year.

Found it!

Ten of us were able to spread out quite comfortably. Although the weather was a bit wet and muggy this week, we had plenty to do. With hot tub and pool table who needs to sun? And the host is very accommodating one of the best I've ever encountered. Need a week in the Poconos with a large group? No need to hesitate here.

Nature Fun

The house was perfect for our family of 13 and of all ages, plus a dog. Barry and his son, Skylar, were quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. They even had their team work late into the evening to address an unexpected air conditioning and a hot tub concern. We had many email and text message communications before our booking of the property and several during the months of waiting for our arrival date. Each inquiry was addressed immediately. The beach was small and it was a walk or drive that did not allow even our teenagers to go alone, and the tennis court was unusable. Those two factors, plus no where to set up badminton or play ball or frisbee was disappointing, but we were able to visit the community next door (Split Rock) that accommodated our outdoor game needs. We also thoroughly enjoyed the wildlife (deer and bear) that came to the property at least twice every day (no joke)! This was an unexpected thrill for young and old in our family. We also enjoyed campfires and the hikes to waterfalls, especially in the Blakeslee county park, and exploring through the community Boulder Fields in Lake Harmony Estates (be sure to wear sturdy protective shoes). We met families of many different nationalities and languages which added to the richness of our daily walks. This is a place of community consisting of many vacation rental homes in a wooded neighborhood setting. If you are looking for privacy, this may not be the best place for you, but if you enjoy a wooded setting with wildlife, neighbors close by, and not mind a walk to the beach across the main road, and appreciate homeowners who care about their guests, then this may be the perfect vacation home for you.

The house is beautiful and well-appointed. It has five bedrooms, so can sleep 10+ easily. Very conveniently located near both Big Boulder and Jack Frost mountains. Perfect for a ski weekend with friends and fam!

Winter Break Family Trip

We rented the Chalet for a Family Ski Trip during Presidents Week and had an amazing week! The house was big but comfy and had a great layout for kids and adults alike! Master bedroom is HUGE and other bedrooms very comfortable! Barry was a great host and answered any questions quickly via email or text! The kitchen had all the amenities you could wish for, especially if you plan to cook! We enjoyed sitting around the farm table each night and there was plenty of room for all of us! Loved having a wood fireplace as well! Thanks Barry and Skylar for hosting our family! We will definitely book again next time we go to Jack Frost Big Boulder!

Long Weekend Ski Trip

We had a great experience! The house was clean and well suited for our family. Kids loved the lower level with games and their own private space. Adults liked the main room with a table large enough for all of us to eat together and space to watch TV and relax.

Family Time

Barry was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The house was clean and ready for us! Plenty of room to enjoy dinners together at the large kitchen table and game time too. The fireplaces were going, we made s’mores in the outdoor pit and enjoyed the jacuzzi. There was something for everyone.
