Denna 3300 kvadratmeter, 3 våningar Chalet har 6 stora sovrum 2 sovrum har sitt eget privata däck, 3 badrum och massor av ytterligare golvyta som bekvämt kan rymma större grupper.
Den första våningen har ett 8 fot biljardbord, airhockey, familjerum med stor TV, 2 sovrum och ett badrum. På bottenvåningen finns en höjd tak på 20 fot, öppen spis och en vacker fönsterdisplay som vetter mot ett stort däck med grill och utemöbler. Det här golvet inkluderar också en formell matsal med ett stort bord, trevligt kök, vardagsrum, 2 stora sovrum och ett komplett badrum. Den tredje våningen har 2 sovrum och ett badrum och ett trevligt loft. Vårt hem är mindre än en kilometer till klubbhuset pool och sjö. Njut av integriteten i denna bergsresa medan du ändå ligger bekvämt till många stora attraktioner och skidorter.
Detta är ett vackert hem perfekt för långa skidhelger, sommarresor och rymmer stora grupper. Det finns så många attraktioner på kort avstånd. Big Boulder Ski Resort ligger 10 km från vårt samhälle. Vi är en kort bilresa från den historiska staden Jim Thorpe. Där kan du njuta av en lokomotiv genom Lehigh Gorge, teater, antikviteter, restauranger och butiker. Hickory Run State Park ligger bara 15 minuter bort med den vackra sjön komplett med strand, vandringsleder och fiske. Kort resa till Camel Beach Water Park, kasinon, Pocono Speedway, biograf, bowling, minigolf, golfbanor, statsparker, ridning, fiske, vandring och mycket mer. Whitewater Rafting, Cykling och den största Paint Ball-platsen på östkusten ligger inom några minuter. Förutom de många bekvämligheterna i vårt samhälle inklusive en pool i olympisk storlek, lekplatser, tennis etc. Eller bara slå tillbaka och göra ingenting !! Du kommer att älska detta hus och plats.
(Maximalt 8 armband tillhandahålls för sjö / gemensam pool, inga extra armband finns tillgängliga. Barn fem år och yngre behöver inga armband. Detta ställs in av samhället) Det finns offentliga sjöstränder i Beltzville och Hickory Run State Park i närheten.

Fourth of July weekend

Getaway

Location was good house was set up great. Pool table needs a little help but still very usable. Communication with owner was outstanding very quick to get back with us. Would highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay as the house suited our needs splendidly. The community amenities and game room kept our family occupied. Questions were quickly responded to by the owner. Counting the neighborhood deer on walks or as driving was fun for adults and kiddos. I didn’t rate 5 stars as we’ve stayed at many VRBO homes and most provide shampoos, bath wash, etc. Since only one roll of TP is provided per bathroom, it would be nice to have a quality brand. This was so poor, we didn’t even utilize it. A suggestion: a barrel bolt or the like on the primary door would be helpful as it doesn’t lock from the inside. Our toddler was able to open it so we had to place the bench to prevent his escape. Overall, our experience was positive in this lovely home and would stay again.

Wonderful property!!

This was my first time staying at this property and let me just say it did not disappoint!! The house was so spacious, nice size bedrooms, and two of them had their own private balconies which we loved. Kitchen was fully stocked, and the game room on the first level was very entertaining! I have rented off Linda before at a different property and she is still a wonderful host. Very prompt with any questions or concerns. My family really enjoyed this long weekend of skiing and hot tub family time and we are hoping to stay again next year! Even our fur baby had the best time with all her favorite people. Looking forward to next year already!

Exceeded expectations!

We can’t say enough about this house! It offers everything! It has a great game room and a hot tub!! We didn’t use the hot tub but a great asset. Close by is a pool and a lake along with other sites within a short drive. Highly recommend!!

Spacious and clean house in a cozy area

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities listed and accurate photographs. The host is very responsive and made check-in easy. It was an awesome spot for a getaway with friends who haven’t seen each other in months. Highly recommended!

Perfect for Our Family with 6 Family Units

We have need for 6 bedrooms on vacation because we have adult children who are married. But because we like to sit together and talk in a group, we also need enough comfortable seating in the living room. And then, we need a table big enough for our suppers together for our group of 16 (including children).Linda’s place has all this and more! The spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, a solid dining table we could all sit at, and two roomy areas for talking together. Plus, the games (pool, air hockey, tabletop curling), hot tub, quiet neighborhood to watch the deer, great WiFi, and a bathroom on each level for the two bedrooms on the 3 levels. It rained most of our week, but some of us still hit the pool and lake, and enjoyed walks around the neighborhood when it wasn’t. We agreed this was the best place we’ve found to meet our needs on the two popular STR sites. Linda’s communication was top-notch, and she provided prompt service whenever we had a question. We would love to return when we can finally make 16 schedules match again!

Great house , clean and beautiful ; the property manager was so helpful and nice , only thing is that some neighbors can be a little uncomfortable with living by and they definitely show it by overreacting with certain situations but besides that it was amazing!

Great Friends Ski Trip

This house is beautifully maintained, very clean and very comfortable. We were a large group and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen table is huge and we were all able to sit together. The kids loved the first floor with the pool table & air hockey. The hot tub was a great added bonus. The owner was very easy to deal with. This is a great house!

Amazing!

We had a large group of friends rent this property for a long weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect! From the endless activities at the house alone to the LARGE dinning room table where 16 of us fit comfortably we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The host also answered very promptly to any inquiries we had throughout the weekend which was very helpful. Beautiful property and a great rental experience we will 100% be rebooking if we ever come back for another trip to this area!

Family getaway!

We booked a family getaway hoping to have beautiful weather to use the community amenities and spend time at the lake. Unfortunately the weather wasn't in our favor but the house was perfect for us being stuck indoors. The family gathered over some home cooked meals, and was able to comfortably dine at the large dining table together. The bedrooms were all accommodating in comfort and size for our families with children. The game room and hot tub were a perfect addition! The place was well kept and cleaned. Communication with Linda was effortless, she was always so responsive. We wished we could've stayed longer - 2 nights was not enough! Thank you Linda for being a great host!

Awesome experience

It was a great stay. As long as your group is prepared there shouldn’t be any issues. The place is immaculate, picturesque and every other positive word I can use. My group spent a lot of time in the house and it is truly a great place to stay. Everything is well put together and clean. The amenities (hot tub, pool, etc) were entertaining and the ample balconies and space was fantastic. Working with Linda was very easy and she made sure we had everything we needed. There is limited towels and toilet paper so it’s important that you bring as much as you’ll need. But there are area stores that can provide it.

The Best Cozy Place To Stay

This is the best place to have a relaxing family gathering. Everything was exactly as described. The home was clean and well organized. The location was perfect. The grounds were beautiful. Coming from the city and seeing a family of deer in the backyard was AMAZING! The common areas was spacious enough to have all 14 of us n no sitting around playing uno cards or charades. The bedrooms accommodated all of us comfortable. The host communicate very well. So much we did not need to reach to her at all. She provided all of the necessary information even before we got there. But she had a binder right there just in case. I would wholeheartedly recommend this home and this host. It’s was great. Ms. King. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Jim Thorpe Christmas Crew

We travel to the area every year on the first weekend in December due to a birthday and for old time Christmas in town of Jim Thorpe. The house had everything plus to make it a more enjoyable weekend. The game room was one of the best and kept us having a great time. The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We couldn't believe the space it offered all throughout. We want to once again thank the owners for renting to us and thank you for having a Christmas tree in living room. This was a plus. We usually travel with a mini tree for our celebration. If we could make a suggestion would be to add TVs in all bedrooms. But, all in all, great place to stay, very clean and plenty of beds for a large group like us. Definitely one of the best houses we have stayed at. Will definitely look to rent again in the future.

Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful time for are girls weekend. Property host was wonderful to work with , responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. I Overall a great place ,wish their was a elevator to haul everything up, but we made it work. Having the outside deck was a added bonus. Saw tons of wild life. Bedrooms and common area floor plan was well thought out plenty of space Beds and sofa’s were very comfortable . My wish list would include another refrigerator, additional trash can, and more kitchen utensils and cookware. We were cooking in during are stay and using a lot paper products. Several trips were made to the trash dumpster. We hope to return to this great property.. Thank you

Friendsgiving Weekend

From the start of looking into this home the owner was very attentive with messages which was great! We were very excited about our stay. The layout was perfect, rooms were large and it was everything our group of 10 adults and 4 kids needed! We enjoyed riding bikes outside, walking to the lake, enjoying the hot tub and the air hockey table was a huge hit! We would defiantly rent again! My only comments would be that we mentioned we were coming for a Friendsgiving and asked about the stock of the kitchen and we’re informed it was fully stocked, so we didn’t bring anything. Some things were missing/slim to use. No measuring cups, no pot holders for oven, 1 baking sheet, 2 pots, 2 sauté pans. We ran to dollar general which was only a quick 5 minute drive and got what we needed but would say the kitchen could use a few items. That would not be something to keep us from going back as everything else was spectacular. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home!
