Birds of a feather do flock together! “Any beach house named after a fine feathered friend is alright with me!” Pinkie Flamingo could hardly contain her excitement as she pulled into the popular new Treetop Community, nestled obligingly between the world-class resorts of Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary Beaches. Gated for exclusivity, this fresh new beach community is just a short walk, bike or golf cart ride to everything 30A you are looking for in a vacation destination. Prized as the state bird of Oklahoma, Scissor Tail is the namesake choice for new owners at 135 Redbud Lane who proudly hail from OK. “I love a beach house name with a story” said Pinkie, as she hopped onto the front porch. Today Pinkie happened to be making the rounds with her favorite furry sidekick…an all-white Husky named Pinot Grigio. “She was whining when she was born and unusually solid white in color so I named her after a white wine.” Pinot was quite the showstopper with gorgeous pale blue eyes and a truly blonde personality. Together they visited new properties…pet-friendly ones of course!

Great memories made!

Lovely home and beautiful decor in a wonderful area! We enjoyed this home in the beautiful treetop community and had plenty of room for our big group plus our fur babies! Comfy beds, and being right across from the pool was so nice! We love the 30A area and made lots of great memories! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Summer Rental

Good visit but had a few small things that need attention. Landscaping was months overgrown, a lot of close construction, microwave did not work , handrail was loose on stairs and stool for video games was broken. All can be fixed easily and would certainly look to stay here again. Great value.

Great House

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our extended family of 11. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was our first time in Seacrest, we usually stay in Rosemary. It was farther from the beach than we’re used to, and we had some difficulty getting on the tram. Most mornings they didn’t answer the number posted on the signs, we couldn’t count on a ride to or from the beach. Made for a long walk with kids and all the beach stuff. For a house that can accommodate 11+ there were only seats for 8 for meals. There weren’t any chairs on the balconies to be able to enjoy that outdoor space. There was a lack of places/hooks/racks to hang wet towels/suits after a day at the beach. There was a shocking lack of communication regarding how to access the beach- location and wristband info. We didn’t know you needed wristbands and got denied access to the beach our first morning. Very disappointing. This was the whole reason for our trip. We happened to find 4 wristbands back at the house while we waited 4 hours to hear back from Pinkie. Every adult and kid over 12 needed one (8 in our group). They knew we were coming and overlooked this very important piece of communication. Overall we had a great time but likely won’t stay here again.
