We had 7 adults and a toddler and were very comfortable! The upstairs patio is awesome for hanging out! Well stocked and great location. Trams are super convenient for getting to the beach with kids. Easy to walk or ride bikes to Rosemary and Alys for coffee, eating and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. Michelle was very helpful and easy to reach. Great stay!

Sunset Jubilee was wonderful. Check in was easy and Michelle communicated all the details of the house and community we needed. The upper deck was used daily and as we had multiple generations having two gathering areas was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again!

Michelle is a great host, she was quick to respond and gave detailed instructions! The Sunset Jubilee had everything we needed for our family gathering, we enjoyed our time there!! It was nice to have the bikes available for our use and we appreciated that helmets were also provided.

The house is in a very nice development w private beach access. House was very clean and cozy- was stocked with all that you need for the house and the beach .Tram service takes you to and from the beach- but its also not that far of a walk. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. We enjoyed the 3rd floor deck and grill area for dinner a few nights. Publix supermarket is a 5 minute drive. Community pool area is very nice. Host was very easy to communicate with and had a well organized book with all of the info that you might need during your stay. Great choice for a rental house at the beach!

Nice place, but the cleaning service is not good, also no heated pool and beach access is extremely overcrowded due to limited area

Thank you so much for letting me know. I had a conversation with the cleaning crew. During some of the peak weeks at Seacrest the beach does get a little over crowded. Our family also likes to go the the public beach at Inlet.

Great place for a family

Family of 14, had a great time at the beach and pool. Kids loved riding the bikes everywhere. Beach a little crowded, definitely recommend the Inlet public beach for more space.

The host could not have been more helpful. She was very accomodating in making changes due to a huge weather issue, and also answered every question that I had about the home very promptly. She was a pleasure to work with.

Amazing home and location.

Beautiful, large rental home perfect for family or friend vacations. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room in the house. Rosemary Beach is gorgeous and we’d definitely go again.

Magnificent stay at Sunset Jubilee!

Michelle was the most gracious host and the home had everything that a family with two children could ask for. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. The surrounding area is very walkable and family friendly. The host could not have made this trip an easier experience and we will definitely return.

Great location! Excellent property!

This is house is located in one of the best locations in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood. It’s tucked away from the busy parts, yet easily accessible. Some highlights:-Safe area-House has lots of amenities including plenty of kitchen items, bikes and beach towels for use. -Easy walk to the beach-Easy walk or bike ride to shopping and restaurants -Excellent communication with ownerHighly recommend!!!

Best family getaway!

This home was the best location. We were unsure what beach we were wanting to stay at. But this one was the best by far. We could ride bikes anywhere and the community pool was used daily after our beach days! House had plenty of space and bathrooms and the top deck was so relaxing!!

Spring Break Perfection

This home is the perfect location in the highly desired Seacrest Beach neighborhood! With a group of moms and our sons we all loved all the house had to offer. The boys loved the upstairs and the spacious deck and us moms loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Everything was walkable! Thank you for offering your home

We loved our stay at Sunset Jubilee!! The house was perfect for our family. The house was immaculate and full of everything we needed. The location was amazing, we walked everywhere from the beach to bars and restaurants. We went for Christmas so we didn’t use the community pool but it is huge and a short walk away. Michelle was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!!One note - there is construction going on nearby at the moment, so it was a little loud at times. This is no fault of the owners and I’m sure it’ll be done before warmer weather.

Spring Break 2021

The house was beautiful, well maintained, and fully equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the roof top deck! Perfect place to grill out or have a shrimp boil! Michelle was very accommodating and answered all of my questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation’

Beautiful, comfortable and clean.

Despite having unusually cold weather in March, we had a wonderful time staying at Sunset Jubilee. The home is beautiful and was very comfortable for our family of 5 and my parents. The decor is very well done! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to entertain! We appreciated the tram ride to the beach or very short walk and the convenient location of Sea Crest. We will definitely come back again!

Perfect for our group of 9 adults and teens

We were o group of 2 families with teenagers. House was perfect for us! Nice layout. Big kitchen. Both of the master bedrooms were very nice. Location was good…especially when we realized the path behind the house leads to the main road. We spent a lot of time on the upper deck!

Fantastic Beach Home for Families!!

Sunset Jubilee is fabulous in every way. The house is beautiful, spotlessly cleaned and well stocked. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen appliances are top notch. It is situated in a super convenient location to Rosemary, Alys Beach and of course downtown Seacrest. The tram was great for taking us to the beach and easy to catch. The check in process is well coordinated and simple. The Upper Deck is our favorite spot in this home and we loved cooking our dinners on the deck. After our experience this week, we will definitely come back for future stays!

LOVED IT

What a fantastic property!!!! We had two families stay with young kids and teens. It was a family friendly house and the upper deck was perfect for grilling and a shrimp boil. We had no problems with the house. It’s a short walk to the beach or to the shops. The beds were comfy and the house was spotless. The property provided detailed info about the house to make it effortless. We’re already thinking of booking another trip. Thanks for the perfect spot!

Perfect House for Family Vacation

Sunset Jubilee was the perfect house for our family vacation. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking and the upper deck is the perfect place for watching football and sports on the TV while grilling out. This house had two master bedrooms which was perfect for two families renting it and the bunk room was great for all the kids. This house was very clean and the owner is very easy to deal with. This home is the perfect location being walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The neighborhood has a tram that will take you to the beach or to the pool. My family looks forward to coming back to this home next year.

Perfect Vacation

Everything with Sunset Jubilee was perfect starting with booking the property up until we left the property. We had 13 people in the home and it was more than enough room for everyone. The owners and maintenance man were easy to work with and very quick to respond with solutions anytime something came up. The bikes were definitely an added bonus and it was great to be able to ride anywhere around Seacrest. I would highly recommend this property to those looking to stay int he area. You can't beat the location or the view from the third floor deck. AMAZING!!
