Relax and Unwind at this peaceful retreat. Near the Rogue River & Crater Lake National Park, this beautiful property is over an acre w/ lush green grass all around. Updated home w/ upscale features. Notable primary bedroom & bathroom. Both rooms have an attached bathroom, walk in closet, & work spaces. Home has excellent wifi ~ 200mbps. Many wildlife visitors roam through the property - enjoy the deer, turkeys and the birds chirping outside. Outdoor oasis with comfy patio seating and outdoor dining area, backyard lights, fire pit, BBQ, and yard games. Close to TONS of outdoor fun!
This property is 1 acre fenced and gated. Itâs a peaceful retreat just up from the Rogue River. Enjoy a huge backyard with lights strung across the grass. A big deck in the back has an outdoor dining table and cozy sectional. The stars from the backyard at night will captivate. The home is large and spacious, with a split floor plan ideal for traveling couples or families. Large kitchen with induction cooktop and new appliances. This property is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the big city on a dead end road, ensuring no through traffic. Families of deer, turkey and other wildlife frequently pass through and visit the property. Just moments from the Rogue River, you are central to all things outdoors! Lost Creek Lake is a short 15 minute drive, Crater Lake about 45 minutes, and endless amounts of hiking, camping, and some of the best outdoor recreation Oregon and the PNW has to offer!
