The property is over 3 acres with a well manicured lawn, fire pit, bbq, outdoor dining with awning, porch, swing set and sandbox. You never have to leave the property! House was comfortable for 8 adults and Stefanie was very responsive to inquiries. Close to restaurants in Warwick which was nice.

Will definitely be back

The house was lovely, just as described. Large, plenty of beds, clean, well stocked with dishes, pans, baking supplies, towels, sheets and comfy blankets. Beds were comfortable. The kids loved running around in the yard and playing in the playroom. My only complain would be that the oven did not work but there was a toaster oven and the owner was sending a technician to take a look. Great communication with the owner throughout the whole trip. Us city folks felt secure cause there was security cameras outside the house. Location is perfect for fall activities & wine tasting. We will definitely book again in the winter.
