Nyligen renoverad 650 kvadratmeter studio i ett lugnt område på en återvändsgränd. Gå till Petaluma centrum och njut av denna charmiga port till vinlandet, redwoods och Kaliforniens kust. Allt inom en halvtimmes bilresa.

Petaluma ligger bara 40 mil norr om San Francisco och motorvägstransport är bara 2 miles bort.

Studion ligger på nedervåningen i ena änden av ägarnas huvudbostad och görs i en modern stil. Njut av gasspisen medan du dämpar halogenbelysningen eller njut av den hisnande utsikten från ditt privata däck.

Använd gärna ägarna soluppvärmd pool bara några steg bort.

Våra priser är $ 150 / natt för 2-6 nätter, $ 125 / natt för 7-13 nätter, $ 110 / natt för 14-29 nätter och $ 80 / natt för 30+ nätter.

Wonderful rental

Great rental. Spacious and well appointed. Enjoyed morning coffee on the private deck with views of the valley below. Highly recommended.

Peaceful escape with fantastic views and host!

A really beautiful place to stay. A wonderful terrace with fantastic views and use of the swimming pool but also with the most well equipped accommodation. We couldn’t tear ourselves away from the terrace and the swimming pool and Claus, our host, was so accommodating and gave us some really great tips and had filled the fridge with goodies. We lucked out on this accommodation a fabulous stay!

Lovely

It was an enjoyable experience. Very thoughtful touches, from the beautiful artwork, the bouquets and the food treats. The view of the night lights of Petulma is pretty and the morning fog is cozy especially with the electric fireplace! The bed was very comfortable too.

Beautiful Petaluma

The property was so clean, quiet and well appointed including fresh flowers. My favorite space was drinking coffee in the morning on the private deck enjoying the Mountain View’s while listening to the nearby birds.

The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable

We didn’t get to use the pool due to it being winter, but it was lovely and the view is outstanding. We were surprised to find the goodies that the owners left us like eggs, milk, juice, and a specialty bread. Thank you so much for accommodating us in this way

A wonderful place to stay

I loved the space. It was even better than described. There were beautiful views of the surrounding hills and the lights of Petaluma in the evening. The location was great, just mintues to anywhere you'd like to go in Petaluma and close access to the highway to go anywhere else. Klaus was a great host, very patient every time my dog tried to get into his house. LOL. There was a loaf of delicious bread and coffee there for me when i arrived. I didn't have any issues, but i know if i had, he would have taken care of them immediately. I would absolutely stay there again. I saw other reviews mentioning the sunrises, but i'm not a morning person, so only saw one once! There were even deer hanging out in the neighborhood.

This beautiful studio has everything, including a great view!

This studio is my favorite vacation spot! It is quiet, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. I really enjoyed the patio/balcony, especially the sunrises and morning fog! The host was very gracious and helpful, suggesting activities and dining options. I plan to stay here again next summer!!

Immaculate in every way

I’ve stayed at this property before and am so happy to be able to book it again! Everything is clean and there are many thoughtful touches added by the host. The location is peaceful and close to downtown. Can’t wait to come back!
