En spektakulÀr ny Gulffront tvÄ sovrum lyx enhet. Ligger i "Dunes of Seagrove" med utsikt över poolen / badtunnan och viken. Poolen Àr fantastisk! Funktioner inkluderar 7500 kvadratmeter pool, dubbel nivÄ med vattenfall och en badtunna. Det finns en utrustad trÀningsanlÀggning med Änga och bastu pÄ plats. Mjuk tennisbana och stranduthyrning pÄ plats.

VÄr enhet Àr en 1150 kvadratmeter tvÄ sovrum, tvÄ badrum. Den har 10 fot högt i tak med flÀktar i hela. De stora altandörrarna inbjuder dig att spendera eftermiddagen pÄ den enorma tÀckta balkongen dÀr du kan sitta och titta pÄ de vackra solnedgÄngarna. Den har en mycket bekvÀm men lyxig inredning som fÄr dig att kÀnna dig som hemma. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, TV / videobandspelare och grÀnsar till ett stort badrum med dubbla fÄfÀngar, jacuzzi och dusch med stall. Det gÄr en promenad ut till balkongen och utsikt över viken frÄn befÀlhavaren. GÀst sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng, TV / video och Àr intill det andra badrummet. I det stora rummet finns det ocksÄ en drottningslÀge. VÄr parkeringsplats under byggnaden ligger omedelbart intill hissen.

Vi ligger inom en fjÀrdedel av en mil frÄn Deer Lake State Park som ger dig miles av öde strandpromenad att gÄ. Det finns en 16 mil cykelsti som gÄr lÀngs Hwy 30-A dÀr mÄnga fantastiska restauranger finns. Rosemary Beach ligger 10 mil öster och Seaside Àr tre mil vÀster.

Great Location

Great stay. Love the balcony, the pool, the beach and the view. The mattresses have seen better days. Easy access to the beach and chair service was available every day needed. Would recommend.

The condo was exactly as described. Great value for being on the beach in Seagrove. Bob was very nice to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. No problems with anything in the condo except for the tv. You need an HDMI cable to stream tv and a laptop. No smart tvs in the condo. But there wasn’t a lot of tv time, so overall
 it was perfect. Thanks Bob for sharing your home.

Great 2nd Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo so much last year that we decided to stay there again this year. The condo is clean and in a great location. It has beautiful views from the patio, a great pool for kids, and is a short walk from the private beach. Our host, Bob, was very responsive and a great host.

Great location, great value

We loved the location. The beach isn’t crowded bc it isn’t a high rise. Covered parking right below the unit was great. Tall ceilings makes the unit feel extr spaciiu Owner is very helpful. We loved the oversized balcony for ocean gazing!

Always out Favorite Place to Stay

We have stayed at this particular property for nearly 20 years. By far Bob has been the most enjoyable, communicative and helpful property owner to work with! Will definitely stay in his beautiful unit again - and it is certainly the unit with the most fabulous view!

Beach and pool awesome

Dunes at Seagrove (204C).great facilities, pool, beach access are all great. Had excellent weather and a good time! Cleanliness of unit was much to be desired. Appliances, bath fixtures door locks, etc 
.all need work or updating.

Spring break get away

Enjoyed our stay. Beach is beautiful. Loved the condo. No problems except the weather, but there is no control over that. Still better then at home. Recommend the Steamboat Grill to eat at.

Wonderful Location - Beautiful Condo

We loved everything about this Condo. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and the beach beyond. We arranged for Beach Chair service, which I highly recommend. The location is so convenient to everything Seaside and 30A have to offer. The owner was super-responsive and helpful. We would love to return!

We absolutely loved this property. We had never visited 30A and so happy we found this property. It is located in a quiet part only minutes from everything you would want. It really feels like it is it’s own little world. The condo was great and the facilities were great too. The ocean was amazing. We had a great time.

Our vacation to the Dunes - Seagrove Beach was excellent. The Condo owner was one of the best we have ever experienced. The owner was very communicative, helpful and very friendly. The unit was spacious, well maintained and and very easy on somewhat elderly visitors. Would highly recommend to others traveling to the Florida beaches.

Family Vacation

This property was accurately described on VRBO. Loved the table on the balcony. It was perfect for game night. The walk to the beach was short and the elevator was at the condo door
that is definitely a win! Robert worked well with us and was available when I called with questions. I recommend this property for your stay.

Amazing views, great location and extremely convenient!

From the initial booking to check out, Mr. Bob Sheil was beyond helpful in ensuring we had an enjoyable stay! The condo is conveniently located on the second floor immediately upon exiting the elevator. The view is awesome as it overlooks the pools, dunes and ocean with the condo itself located directly on the beach! Covered parking was a great addition to the stay;) Room was comfortable for our family of 5 and provided all we needed for a memorable stay! We would love to stay at 204C again!

First Visit to 30A

Our family of 5 had a great time in 30A while staying at this condo. The condo and amenities were very clean. Our young kids loved the pool. It was never crowded and we often had one of the pools pretty much to ourselves. The condo was clean and had plenty of space. We loved the spacious outside deck and enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and eating meals outside, while enjoying the view of the ocean. The host was great and was quick to answer any questions we had. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful view of pool and ocean

We loved the area. The property owner was very nice and immediately addressed our needs. The place needs a deep cleaning. Carpet in bedrooms was very stained and furniture a bit worn out. With that said we had an amazing time and loved the beautiful views and we were steps away from ocean and pool. We would definitely return to property.
