These two homes are only 10 minutes from Broadway and 5 minutes from Germantown. The homes features a garage with an oversized, multi-purpose beer pong table, mini-basketball, foosball, and TVs making it the ideal space for large groups. The homes can sleep 22 people and have fifteen total sleeping spaces.

The homes are three floors and a tad over 2,000sf. The first floor is home to one bedroom and the garage. The second floor contains the kitchen, living room, balcony, and full bathroom. The third floor features bedrooms and a laundry room. The property has high-speed WiFi and TVs in each bedroom (except for the 1st floor bedrooms). Additionally, we provide guests with standard kitchen appliances, k-cups, pots and pans, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryers, iron and iron board, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, toilet paper, makeup towels, paper towels and other home/travel essentials. We have you covered!

PLEASE NOTE: These homes are not connected, but they are two doors down from one another.

KEYLESS ENTRY - The front door is secured with a smart lock. You will receive a code that is valid for the duration of your stay prior to check-in. There will be a lockbox on-site with a physical key in the event of a smart lock failure.

PARKING - There is room for one spots directly behind the garage parked at an angle to avoid blocking the drive. There is free parking on the street directly in front of the unit.

KITCHEN CLOSET - There is a locked closet in the kitchen used for storage and will not be accessible to guests.

TRASH - There is an onsite dumpster.

Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.

Nestled in between Germantown, Metrocenter, and North Nashville, the home has great access to the interstate as well as food and beverage options. Germantown is a historic community on the National Register of Historic Places located just a few blocks northwest of downtown Nashville. The area is home to the Tennessee State Museum and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, local boutiques and many of Nashville’s most critically-acclaimed restaurants making it a culinary destination in its own right. Some of our favorite places to visit in the neighborhood are Rolf & Daughters, The Optimist, Mother's Ruin, & Von Elrod's.

Nashville is an Uber/Lyft-friendly city. We do not recommend any of the public transit options and encourage guests to bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally speaking, you're "10 minutes from everywhere" when in Nashville. We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and use appropriate safety-measures regardless of your location within the city.

SMART TVs. Guests have the ability to login to their own streaming service profiles at their discretion.

NO SMOKING ON THE PREMISES - Any evidence of smoking in the house will result in a $250 fine.

PET FRIENDLY - We are pet-friendly hosts; however, we must be informed of all pets occupying the property prior to your stay. An additional $100/pet cleaning fee will be administered for your stay. Any evidence of unregistered pets in the house or on the property will result in a $250 fine. Service animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the pet fee (with appropriate documentation); however, emotional support animals are considered pets.

CHECK-IN - You will receive check-in instructions prior to your stay; our standard check-in time is 4PM. We do offer early check-in at 2PM for an additional $50 in addition to accommodating bag drop-offs when available.

CHECK-OUT - Our standard check-out time is 10AM and we do not require you to do chores prior to check-out.

EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS - If the property is left in a condition far worse than a typical stay, then an additional cleaning fee may be assessed. Please treat the property with respect and keep in mind that you will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property.

RULES - If not following any of these rules forces us to refund or offer a discount to an upcoming guest, then you may be held responsible for those charges.

PET FRIENDLY
We welcome pets but require prior information about all pets staying on the property. An additional $100 cleaning fee per pet will apply. Failure to register pets or evidence of unregistered pets will incur a $250 fine. Service animals, with appropriate documentation, are exempt from the pet fee; however, emotional support animals are considered pets.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
You'll receive check-in details before your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. We offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50 and at 12 PM for $100, subject to availability for bag drop-offs.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before locking the door on your way out. Also, remember to double-check for your chargers, headphones, and other personal items before leaving. Our housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate your help! Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.

EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.

RULES
Failure to comply with these rules resulting in refunds or discounts for subsequent guests may lead to charges on your end.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement to activate their smart lock access code.
