Blue Ridge Bound is a newly renovated, well appointed house situated at 3000 ft elevation a block away from the largest lake, Atagahi Lake, in the community. Savor your morning coffee or a beautiful sunset in one of 2 sunrooms overlooking the lake. Discover the bountiful amenities of Connestee Falls: 20+ miles of the best hiking trails in the region, 4 lakes for fishing, boating, and swimming, golf course, tennis, pickle ball and bocce ball courts, Wellness Center, Olympic size swimming pool (0pen Memorial Day- Labor Day), Club house with 2 restaurants. Atagahi Park with a sand beach swimming area, playground , picnic pavillions, and basketball court is less than a 5 min. drive away. Venture into the artsy and beautiful nearby towns of Brevard, Hendersonville, or Asheville. Enjoy a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Catch an open air concert at the amazing Brevard Music Center. Enjoy some of the 250+ breathtaking waterfalls the region is famous for. A hike to the bottom of Connestee Falls, an 85 ft waterfall within the gated community is accessible to members and guests only. Prepare a family dinner in the well equipped kitchen and enjoy the meal at the 8+ capacity dining table. Round out your evening with a game of pool or cards, games or puzzles, or watch a movie in the private spacious game room. Or curl up in front of the ( remote controlled) gas log fireplace with a good book, a quiet conversation, or a favorite movie in the ample seating of the cozy living room. Both of these rooms have large new smart TVs. For ease of movement all of the rooms are on the same level except the game room which is 2 steps down. It can be completely closed off so those in the other rooms are undisturbed. After a full day of adventure and discovery settle into a peaceful sleep on a new comfy memory foam mattress.
There is parking space for 3 vehicles max in the circular driveway. No street parking is permitted. For security a surveillance camera is trained on the driveway and front entrance area.

The property was amazing. The layout of the house was perfect. Beds were comfortable and the over all vibe made for a relaxing vacation. Upon arrival we had a baby deer on the back porch which couldn’t walk. Looks like it was just born. Sandy was a great communicator and the location of the house was five minutes from the club house and four minutes from the gate which had dollar general one more minute away. I would 100% recommend this location. If it’s available again next year I’ll be rebooking.

Perfect house foe family

Everything was spotless, location was perfect with golf, hiking, and wildlife every where. The entire vacation was so enjoyable, we will definitely stay again.

Amazing house in prime location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. You can see the deer and white squirrels from the porch and enjoy the view as the sun goes down. The kitchen is well stocked and the house and beautifully decorated. Lots of hiking and biking in the area. We can’t wait to be back!

Wonderful House

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We loved the sun rooms and pool table. The kitchen has everything you need and then some to feel right at home. The games and puzzles are a nice touch for people staying multiple nights. The king size bed in the master suite was very comfortable and wife really liked the pillows so much so we will be Purchasing one for her.

Labor Day get away

Love staying in connestee falls. White squirrels and deer running in the back yard! House was very clean and comfortable. Host was kind and responsive. The sunrooms were our favorite hangout. The only thing that would make this house better would be a deck with rocking chairs out back. Can’t wait until our next connestee falls trip.

AMAZING!!!

We spent Thanksgiving with our family, the house was well stocked with everything we needed to make dinner. The game room was definitely the hit of our stay as it was in the center of the home with games, big screen TV's and a pool table. There were tournaments the whole stay between my son's, brothers, nephew and husband! The kitchen and views were spectacular, we saw two baby bears in the backyard and a deer in the front yard!! Livingroom was cozy with a fireplace and comfortable seating. It was nice to have two areas for areas to visit with family. It couldn't have been any more wonderful if we tried. We plan on coming every Thanksgiving as my brother and mother live in the area, this feels like our new home away from home.

If I could give 6 stars I would!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. The home is spacious with a huge game room with pool table and large screen TV. Two lovely, scenic porches with beautiful views add to the enjoyment. Well equipped kitchen and large living room with fireplace is cozy on chilly nights. Close to hiking trails and fun town of Brevard. Front outlets for easy EV CHARGING! Book this mountain getaway and you will not be disappointed! Your host thinks of every detail!

I love the beauty of the mountains. My husband enjoys fly fishing in his canoe on the lake. My grandchildren spend their days at Atagahi Park swimming in the lake and playing on the new playground equipment. We all enjoy knocking around the shops and art galleries in Brevard and eating in it’s many and varied restaurants

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We visited friends here and fell in love with the unique community of Connestee Falls. My husband discovered the amazing fishing that the 4 pristine lakes offer and we started making plans to find our retirement home here. We can’t wait to leave the city and begin a quiet nature filled life in Connestee Falls

There are so many great spots to hang out and be together. The two west facing sunrooms (great sunsets), the large game room with pool table and big Smart TV, and the living room with cushy leather furniture, fireplace and smart TV offer something for everyone.
