Lyxigt 4 sovrum Oceanfront Home w / Teenage Great Room. Sommardagar nu öppna!

Vårt strandhus är en härlig fyra sovrum, vid havet på södra änden av Topsail Island. Topsail Beach är en lugn, familjeorienterad strand.

Vårt hem har två stora sovrum med badkar i mellan på varje sida av det rymliga, fullt utrustade kök / familjerum. Ett sovrum vid havet har en ny king-size Simmons madrass och en 32-tums LCD-TV. Ljudsidan sovrummet har två enkelsängar. På andra sidan familjerummet hittar du en queen size-säng med en 19-tums LCD-TV på havssidan. Ljudsidan sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och en enkelsäng.

I familjerummet hittar du en 50-tums Samsung-TV med Netflix, Amazon Prime och en blu-ray-spelare för att titta på filmer på kvällarna när du inte njuter av den underbara utsikten över stjärnorna och de lugnande ljuden från vågor.

Vårt fullt utrustade kök har allt du behöver för att laga en fantastisk måltid att njuta av på vår skärmad veranda! Utsikten är så vackra från köket att du inte ens tänker matlagning!

Familjerummet öppnar upp till en skärmad veranda där du kan äta måltider utanför eller bara koppla av och njuta av utsikten. För solälskare finns det ett stort öppet däck strax utanför den skärmad verandan och en fin privat gångväg till stranden.

För er med barn, låt dem njuta av undervåningen ”teenage great room” som inkluderar ett bra rum med TV, Wii och Foosball bord och ett badrum! Detta område är perfekt för tonåringar att ha sitt eget utrymme. Det finns inga inre trappor så det vore inte lämpligt för små barn att sova; Men det är verkligen ett roligt ställe för dem att spela på en regnig dag eller om de har haft tillräckligt med sol för dagen!

I garaget hittar du tvättmaskin / torktumlare, en Weber gasgaller, flera solstolar, boogiebrädor, hinkar och spade allt för att göra din semester lite roligare!

Beautiful beachfront home with the most amazing views from inside the house , Nevermind the screened in porch and deck to the beach . Comfortable beds . Plenty of beach gear and fully stocked kitchen with all the things you need , trash bags , sponges , soap , you name it … they had it stocked. Make sure to rent your linens or bring your own. I wish there was an outdoor shower , only a short hose to rinse off with.

Lovely place

Great stay. We loved the house and location. The layout offered plenty of space for our family of four, and the house had everything we needed. It was less than a ten minute walk to mini golf, ice cream, and roller skating.

Ideal Beach Place

This is the perfect place on the beach for our three generations of family. All the amenities of home, fabulous screened-in porch and additional deck overlooking the beach, plenty of parking, bonus play room in the basement. Visit the sea turtle hospital, Wilmington, the USS North Carolina, Airlie Gardens, and Britt's famous donuts if you stay here.

Our fifth year here, perfect for our three generations of family. Set back from road with ample parking. Well-equipped kitchen, screened porch plus deck. Beach toys, bikes, gas grill for guests. Little ones love the basement rec room. Hope to be back next year.

Amazing Beach Getaway

This property was more than we could of hoped for. The layout was perfect for multiple families traveling together. The family/living space was open and fit everyone. The kids loved the "teen room" downstairs and felt like they had a place of their own to relax at the end of the day. We loved being able to step off the back porch straight onto the beach. We will be renting this house again in the future!!

Beach Trip 2024

Wonderful oceanfront home.House was clean and welcoming upon our arrival. Kitchen had all you could wish for to prepare meals at home. We loved the layout. All the furnishings were comfortable. The screened porch was a family fave. The hosts were wonderful communicators. We thoroughly enjoyed all of their recommendations. It was a perfect vacation. We hope to return next year

Perfect old-school feel!

What a great house!! Although updated and modern, it exemplifies what an old-school beach house should feel like!! The open living/dining/kitchen space provides plenty of room for everyone. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook several meals. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils. We always buy bags of ice for general use and our beach coolers but the ice maker was surprisingly quick at replenishing supplies for beverages and evening cocktails. The bedrooms are all good-sized and the bedding is comfortable. There is enough space in the twin room to accommodate a twin air mattress or cot if you need an extra sleeping space. The downstairs (outside access only) great room was a welcome retreat for the teens in our group. The screened-in porch and deck are amazing! Comfortable furniture and endless ocean views make this the place to be when you aren't on the beach. The night-sky views are second to none (the listing photo is not an exaggeration!). The beach is clean and wide, even during high tide. The beach refurbishment project did an excellent job of restoring the area. It is worth noting that the refurbishment did build a dune in front of the house. You can still use the beach access steps from the deck but do have to walk a short way to cross over at the public access beside the house. We had a great week! Anthony and Holly were quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay at their home again. Topsail and Surf City are fun, family-friendly beaches with everything you need for a perfect vacation!!

Loved our stay!!

Our family of eight plus our 6 month old granddaughter absolutely loved our stay! We loved the layout of the house itself where we could all be together on one level, and we had everything we needed. We loved the screened in porch and the deck with the rocking chairs. We loved waking to the sunrise every morning which you could enjoy from your bedroom window, the deck or down on the beach. We loved the short walk or bike ride to the quaint little shops and grill right down the road. We simply loved everything about our vacation at Topsail!

Wonderful!

It's was a wonderful week. Very clean and everything needed to cook all meals. The access to beach is a step away. Loved having the screened in porch to enjoy all meals and evenings. Very friendly family island which made our stay feeling relaxed and safe. Minutes from very good restaurants on the south end.Highly recommended rental. Ohio vacationers!

Another great week in Topsail

Cute house! We had a rocky start with crazy rain, but the house was great. It was well-stocked and clean. The owners were very responsive. The beach is magnificent. We cooked in most nights because we couldn't leave that view. I have said this in previous years, but it bears repeating: There isn't a lot to do on Topsail Island and the best restaurant closed last year, so you have to want to sit on the beach and relax for a whole week. That's why the house you choose is so important! We highly recommend Holly and Anthony's home!

A true gem in Topsail!

We have been to Topsail many times over the years, and this may be the best vacation house we've ever rented. It was beautiful inside and out, and the screen porch was a wonderful way to enjoy the ocean without fighting the sun! The teenage great room was also wonderful as it allowed the kids and adults to both have enjoyable game time. Anthony was very responsive and wonderful to work with. We cannot recommend this property highly enough, and will definitely be looking at it on our next trip to Topsail!

Excellent, relaxing, vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The main floor was very open and confortable, with a well appointed kitchen and the perfect view of the beach. Having two bicycles in the garage was very convienent as well. The highlight of the trip was seeing baby sea turtles being released right on our beach.

Wow!

Perfect beach and perfect beach house, we lover our time there. Having rented about 10 VRBO homes across the country, we were surprised to find this one required us to rent sheets and towels as we never experienced that before. The owners greatly helped us scramble to find a rental linen company and we got everything needed that day. In talking with the linen company, rental linens seems like a standard thing at beach houses in this part of the country. My suggestion to the owner was to call that out more clearly in the listing.

We love this beach house! This is our 6th year staying here and we will continue to come back.

The house is just wonderful. Ocean front, screened in porch and plenty of space. The owners continue to make additions and improvements. They couldn't be more attentive.
