The location is a 5 minute drive to Junction mall , Lavington mall and Yaya center within a cozy neighborhood. The apartment is newly furnished, with a turquoise blue theme , a 55 inch TV and a queen bed fitted with contour plus orthopedic mattress for your comfort.
The space
Located on Mbaazi avenue in lavington, in a safe and quiet neighborhood, this apartment is close to the Junction Mall, easily accessible from the Central Business Unit.
The clean elevators take you to the 11th floor with a scenic day and night views of the Nairobi Skyline.
The space has a master bedroom with a queen size bed, fitted with an orthopedic mattress, clean and fresh lines and has a large window with a beautiful view over the Nairobi city.
The living room has a separate dining area with large ceiling windows opening to a balcony that has its outdoor furniture.
there is a reliable water heating system and an automated 8kg washing machine with a dryer. Enjoy very fast and reliable WiFi from Safaricom at 20MBps and an allocated parking for the unit which is free.
