This property is adorable. Clean, well stocked with what you need and close to pretty much everywhere. The host is so nice and communicates with you very fast. I highly recommend this property!

The little apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The AC/heating worked well when needed. We bought some paper bowls for our breakfast use. The kitchen was adequate for heating up or cooking a meal. Private, safe and quiet.

Nice getaway

We had a good time in San Diego, and the guesthouse was clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Being able to park inside the gate was a nice touch!

Everything needed for a great trip

Quick weekend trip

The guest house was cozy for a family of 3. Location is a little off the beaten path if you’re looking for a place away from touristy areas. Communication was clear and timely for booking and checking in.

The accommodations overall were fantastic!!! I would consider my stay here as an EXCEPTIONAL value!!! The VRBO unit had an available to use clean kitchenette with ample counter space, and a nice fridge that could hold all of your groceries. The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure. The bed was quite comfy and provided a great sleep experience. The living room was perfect sized for two people and -- my goodness -- there must have been 1000 channels (plus or minus a few) on the TV. Never even had to adjust the temp in the unit one time (which may also be a side benefit of being in San Diego). Cynthia, our host, was kind, considerate, went out of her way to meet our needs, and super responsive to all communications. There were no issues whatsoever over our 3 day stay!!! I would like to express my gratitude for the opportunity to stay on Cynthia's property. If you are a value shopper, I would 100% recommend that you stay here!!! You won't regret it!!! A

We spent a few days away from the heart in Az, it was exactly as described. Everything was close by. And enjoyed the beach along with sunset cliffs. Our host was amazing!! I highly recommend. Thank you for always making sure we had everything we needed.

Great stay

Cynthia was lovely and super helpful. The cottage was cozy and comfortable and i slept well. I was in for family weekend at SDSU and it’s a 14 minute drive which was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

This is definitely a cozy cottage and is surprisingly roomy on the inside even though it looks small on the outside. I loved that it was quiet and away from the street. I loved the decorations that gave it a calm feeling. Very clean and welcoming!
