This property is spotless and had everything I needed for my stay. The air-conditioning was welcome after long days of being out and about, and the ice in the freezer was an added bonus.

Nice getaway

We had a good time in San Diego, and the guesthouse was clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Being able to park inside the gate was a nice touch!

Short stay in San Diego

This is definitely a cozy cottage and is surprisingly roomy on the inside even though it looks small on the outside. I loved that it was quiet and away from the street. I loved the decorations that gave it a calm feeling. Very clean and welcoming!

Our stay at this vacation apartment in San Diego was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was immaculately clean, the location couldn't have been more convenient, and our host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting San Diego

Excellent value for San Diego

Friendly and welcoming Cynthia has created a snug, clean place to lay your head after a busy day exploring all the San Diego fun. Check in was easy, and it is minutes from the airport and downtown. Easy freeway access. Very private with parking right in her driveway. Full kitchen with stove and oven. I slept like a baby because it was so quiet at night! Note: I would not recommend more than 2 adults stay here. Space is very limited. I had to put some of my toiletries in the kitchen. I was stepping all over my luggage in the bedroom.

Traveled to San Diego to move our daughter into her college apartment. I booked with Cynthia based on her Premier Host status and positive reviews. Since our car was packed with our daughters' belongings, being able to park in the driveway was a huge extra perk! Cynthia's property is very nice and welcoming. The rental is a cute little cottage tucked behind her home. It's private, clean, well decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. San Diego was going through a bit of a heatwave during our stay and the air conditioner in this place is AWESOME! I was so thankful that it worked so great and the place was kept cool and comfortable. There are a lot of nice little touches throughout. She has put a lot of love and pride into decorating this home and made excellent use of the space. Right off the bedroom is a private patio complete with chairs and is adorably decorated. Unfortunately, we didn't get to spend a lot of time in the home because we were so busy moving our daughter into her apartment, but I did make sure to at least spend some time on the patio. Location of home is tucked into a neighborhood but right outside the neighborhood is easy access to the freeway and short distance to a lot of touristy areas, including the airport. I had the opportunity to personally meet Cynthia, and she was so friendly. We chatted like a couple of friends! Her sweet dog Hercules even came out to greet me while we were chatting. I would definitely stay her again.

Wow! It has a complete kitchen

It's close to downtown in a safe neighborhood. The host was pleasant and helpful.It has plenty of space for 4 people and is equipped with a complete kitchen; it was absolutely ideal for our group.

We spent a few days away from the heart in Az, it was exactly as described. Everything was close by. And enjoyed the beach along with sunset cliffs. Our host was amazing!! I highly recommend. Thank you for always making sure we had everything we needed.

Quick weekend trip

The guest house was cozy for a family of 3. Location is a little off the beaten path if you’re looking for a place away from touristy areas. Communication was clear and timely for booking and checking in.

San Diego unit

Small but well appointed unit. Clean and well set up. Only 2 issues. Mattress was very soft. Movement sensitive automatic light in bath room was very annoying. It should be removed or at least have a switch to keep it off.Overall, I would recommend the unit for a simple economical place to stay.

Worked fine for our short stay. Just the two of us. Small unit but clean and well equipped for our needs. Would be a bit small for a third person but could work.
