There were a lot of extra charges and restrictions communicated at check in. It would have been nice to have that information up front when the reservations was supposedly paid in full. Everything else was great. The house was nice and conveniently located. Beach chairs and toys were available which was nice as well.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the home, its convenient location, and the beach chairs and toys provided for your stay. Regarding the additional charges and requirements, we'd like to clarify that these are disclosed before booking. Our listing's "Other Things to Note" section clearly explains our guest verification process, as well as the option to choose either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The same information is also provided again in our guest check-in portal prior to arrival. We understand that these requirements can sometimes come as a surprise if the listing details aren't reviewed in full, but we strive to be as transparent as possible by communicating them in multiple places before check-in. We appreciate your feedback!

Well appointed pet friendly properties are hard to find and we were so pleased with this home. Our pups enjoyed lizard hunting in the back yard. We enjoyed the proximity to both Navarre and Fort Walton Beach. Convenient restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive with any inquiries we had. We hope to book with them again.

Our host was great! Very responsive and pleasant. There was small issue with the water pressure in the kitchen and he got a plumber there right away. The house is comfortable and was perfect for us and our dogs. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook most of our meals. Even though the house is located near a busy street, the house and the neighborhood were very quiet.

Everything you could ask for

This house was everything they said and more. Although we were just 2 people, we like having all the extra room and the fenced back yard for our dog. Everything a family could want and more. I, personally, loved the decor and the extras, like the pool table and the pac man and games. Would easily stay there again.
