New king bed, 55" Smart Roku TV, air conditioning, UV water filtration system, fast WiFi, washer/dryer in unit and grill. Enjoy the morning sunrise from the luxurious patio chairs overlooking the pool and beach. Great spot to watch the whales migrate or the waves crash. No need for a car, Mira Vista 20 is an easy walk to numerous restaurants or a short Uber ride to downtown. True oceanfront paradise!
Mira Vista 20 is located in one of the most sought after locations in San José del Cabo. Enjoy spectacular ocean & beach views from the luxury patio chairs and table. A rental car isn't necessary at Mira Vista 20 - downtown San José del Cabo is a short & inexpensive Uber ride with numerous art galleries and top rated restaurants. The San José del Cabo Art Walk on Thursday evenings is a must! You can also walk to numerous restaurants along the beach from the Mira Vista condominium complex. Several grocery stores are also within a short Uber/taxi ride. While there is free on-site parking outside the main gate, parking is limited and first come-first served.

Mira Vista is a secluded beachfront community on one of the most spectacular coastlines in Los Cabos. Situated on Playa Costa Azul, you will see some of the best waves and surfers in all of Los Cabos. Our boutique community prides itself on being a quiet and relaxing beachfront paradise.
Mira Vista is a small development with just 39 condominiums. The units are privately owned and not time shares. The lush tropical grounds provide a peaceful tranquil vacation.
When not enjoying the pool or beach, Mira Vista is close to town, restaurants, bars, grocery shopping, surfing and more. Zippers Bar and Grill is a favorite local hangout just a short walk down the beach.
