Requires 6 month contract. This place is perfect for contract workers, winter travelers, travel nurses, construction workers, or seasonal workers. The unit is large (almost 1200 sq ft) and comes fully furnished with 2 queen beds, linen, towels, appliances, and kitchenware. There is a washer/dryer located in the unit. There is also a small storage room with the unit.
Located around the corner from several casinos, golf courses, and sporting activity fields. Two on-site pools and hot tubs. Hiking and ATV riding not far away. Also, only approximately 80 minutes from Las Vegas.
1 reserved covered parking spot. No campers or trailers. Unit is located up a flight of stairs on the 2nd level.
Owner will cover HOA fees and basic utilities to include water, sewer, basic TV, and garbage. Renter is responsible for upgraded TV, internet, and electricity.
There will be a $750 security deposit required and professional cleaning upon leaving. There is a $50/month surcharge for any pets.

We constantly traveled for our children's sport activities and didn't like the crowded and noisy hotel settings. Many of our tournaments were in this region and this has been a great resource for us. We'd like to share that opportunity for others and allow them to be together in their own place at an affordable rate.
This has been used for a couples weekend getaway, holiday family traveling lodging (no more staying with the in-laws), and numerous sports tournaments where the entire family or teammates can stay together.

We respect the quiet neighborhood and our neighbors space. We expect the same respect from our guests. This is a great location with access to almost everything in the Mesquite area.

This condo is very spacious and family friendly. There is plenty of room to lounge around, prepare meals, or come and go as needed.
