Very nice house and clean. Two washers and dryers. Spacious bedrooms. Plenty of streaming options on the TV.It would have been nice to have a few more condiments/spices in the kitchen. There was only salt and pepper. Could also use more teaspoons; there were several tablespoons.

The stay was very nice! Nice sleeping arrangements for all! House was well stocked! Really nice stay! Just know that you are a 15 minute drive from Asheville .

This house is spacious and clean, in a good location to get to Asheville. Fairview has some breweries and restaurants too. This is a pet friendly property which is always a plus. Plenty of room for our group of 8 adults to hang out without feeling cramped. 2 living areas with TVs. This house is well stocked with the essentials. All 3 showers were nice. The only downside: some of the couches and beds were saggy and uncomfortable.

The property was great for our purposes. We had multiple family members and there was enough space to meet together but also for people to have privacy when needed. The only suggestion I have is to stock the cabinets with more basic spices, oil vinegar, foil and plastic wrap. There was barely any salt and pepper, which was a bit of a surprise!

Pets are welcome which I did not bring mine there is a fee but nice places have it very cozy I would recommend it to anybody especially if you have big families cuz it is the three story you got two bedrooms up the staircase in the master bedroom on the main floor and you got two bathrooms downstairs a limit area down there with washer and dryer your own balcony back there gorgeous I would go back in a heartbeat
We were there for the snow storm it was beautiful as you can see with the pictures the property manager made sure that we had ice melt brought us a snow shovel very polite young man the refrigerator needed a new filter for the ice maker he was on it

Great stay near Asheville

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! We were traveling with seven adults, two kids and several dogs. The property fit us all comfortably. It’s very conveniently located and the property manager is extremely responsive.

Nice house and good location

Well maintained, clean house with a good layout of the rooms to give everyone their own space. Good location with easy acces to downtown, 15 minute ride, and other tourist locations. I would recommend this house and would visit again.

We traveled with several business associates. This space was great! Plenty of room for privacy and also convening. It is close to Asheville and convenient to dining/grocery.
