Stora fönster med bred trim, försänkta lampor och central luft tillsammans med drivvedgrå ekgolv. Det finns ett litet sovrum och ett badrum som har en badkar / dusch kombination. Lägenheten ligger ovanför ett garage så det finns en trappa för att komma åt den. Det finns en stuga på fastigheten som också hyrs separat. Det finns en liten gård som ligger på sidan av garaget och en enkel uteplats som är avsedd för din användning. Varvet bakom garaget är inte tillgängligt.

Excellent host and location.

We stayed for three nights and were thrilled with the property, host, and location. Clean apartment close to edgartown and oak bluffs. Host communicates well and was very accommodating. Will be renting again.

lovely above garage cottage

The stay was lovely. On a main road in Edgartown and a bus ride or 7 min drive from "downtown". Easy to navigate check in and check out and incredibly responsive host. Some houses nearby were a bit loud some nights (a Wednesday and Thursday night) but it's to be expected for a beach town. Flat was well kept and not cluttered.

Great location

The property was centrally located. Perfect for our 4-day getaway. Close to beaches and downtown Edgartown. Everything was just a short drive away.

Great stay!

Gina was super responsive with check-in and check-out questions! Apartment was very nice - lots of living room space, very clean on arrival, and had no issues. Was perfect for a 4 night stay, super nice being in between Edgartown & Oak Bluffs, close to Edgartown beach & South Beach.

Perfect for what we needed

We were at family wedding events all weekend. We needed a clean safe place that was convenient (walking distance) to town. The apartment was just right for us. The cleaning, service, security & damage fees were too high.

Long Weekend in Edgartown

The apartment was perfect for a long weekend for my wife and I. Convenient location right on the bike bath, and a short ride/drive to downtown Edgartown. A few minor issues during our stay but the host was responsive and these were resolved. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Another Perfect Stay…

This was our second summer stay at Gina’s place. It’s perfectly suited to our family (2parents, 2kids ages 12 & 9). The location is so convenient to Edgartown and Stop n’ Shop. The place feels clean and new yet homey. AC is great. Two TV’s with cable and apps. Everything we need and nothing we don’t. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time! The place was clean and comfortable; we will definitely visit again.

It was an easy, pleasant experience. The apartment was exactly as-advertised. We stayed with our two young children and we had plenty of space. The open kitchen/living room area was comfortable for a couple or a small family. Location was very good, although we’d recommend bikes and/or a car. (Walking into town would be a long walk for most.) There appeared to be a bus stop across the road though. We’ll definitely visit again!

The perfect lofty apartment for a week or more!

This is a great bright, clean, private well situated loft style apartment in Edgartown with parking! We enjoyed our stay here which was a 5 minute drive to the beach and to Main Street Edgartown where restaurants and shops are. For a couple it was perfect and had everything we needed to enjoy a week on the Vineyard. It was very tranquil and quiet nobody bothered us. Gina the owner is easily accessible at all times and offered us a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Bright, airy loft

Pleasant, charming, quiet, clean open living and kitchen area, with fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook at home. Access to a decent sized back yard if you want to use it. Host is accessible by text/phone throughout your stay and responds quickly if you have any questions. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to MV.
