This was a great house right in the middle of town of Saint Michael’s that allowed us to walk to all the great restaurants in town plus have a parking place for our two cars. We had family staying at different places in town and we were able to come back to the large dining room area to finish out the night together.

A gorgeous historic property in downtown St. Michael’s walking distance to everything. The house itself felt like stepping back in time although with modern amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice but not ADA compliant in any way which is required by law. Bathrooms are very tight and because of the steeply- pitched ceilings over two of the three toilets, any man over 5’9”/- will need to sit down to pee or stand way -away from the toilet.

The host is very kind and communicative. Instructions were very clear. The house is cute and charming in quite possibly the best location in town. Very walkable, flower lined streets, manicured yard, tons of character. Thank you, Tom, for your hospitality!

Locust St Stay

We had a great weekend in st. Michaels. The house is in a perfect location and you can easily walk to all the shops, restaurants and the harbor. The house is charming and comfortable.

Historic Charmer

This was a cute historic house very close to all shops and restaurants. Location could not be better. It could use a thorough cleaning and the shower is pretty rustic. But overall a good place to stay.

The house was perfect! It was big enough for our group, had nice amenities and was the perfect location in St. Michaels. We already booked for next year! Highly recommend!

Historic cottage 1 block from both the harbor and the shops and restaurants in town. Quiet street. Lots of history in the cottage. Loved the town of St. Michaels. Great area for bicycling.

My family just stayed in this little historic cottage...It is a wonderful location and while I realize it is older this little cottage needs some love...beds were fine but the furniture is a bit tired and the shower as well as tub definitely needs repair as the shower rod is very rusty..the toilet also was very shaky and sounded like it needed to be tightened up. Just wanted to let you know so you could put a bit of attention to get it upgraded . Also the kitchen utensils such as small frying pan and other items needed to be replaced. With just a bit of attention this little cottage would be fabulous. Overall we loved St.Michaels and hope to be back!

Spring break

Wonderful return visit to St Michaels. This time at a fantastic historical home in perfect location. Home was everything you could ask for and more. Park your car and walk anywhere, within a very quiet neighborhood, yet minutes from all St Michaels offers. Highly recommend this Property and host.

40th Anniversary

We had a wonderful stay. This was our second time staying here and we loved it. Very quay, cozy and clean. Everything as advertised. Location is perfect as it is a very walkable town. This place is right in the middle. The owner was very friendly, open and communicative. And I had a big surprise when we returned. My neck pillow I had forgotten and left it 2 years ago was still there sitting in a closet. We hope to return next year.

Location location

Waters edge is just a few steps away to sit and watch boats come in and out. So cute and the most amazing artifacts decorating the place made it even more captivating. Short walk to coffee, food and shopping local. The owner was responsive and kind as well as super easy to work with. Will definitely return.

Bed uncomfortable, shower and tub needs repair. Lamp in living room bulb is hanging. Some burnt out bulbs. Outdoor steps need to be replaced. Could use more lighting at night. I realize this a historic property BUT needs upkeep.

Sorry you felt bed was uncomfortable. Most people feel otherwise. Lamp issue has been repaired and burnt out chandelier bulb has been replaced. Steps are fine.

Wonderful weekend in St. Michael’s

The house was in a perfect location to explore St. Michael’s without ever using our car. It was a charming historic cottage and we would definitely rent it again. We brought our 11 year old golden retriever and she was thrilled to meet all the people in town. Such a dog friendly place. Thank you.
