The Master suite upstairs provides privacy from the guest rooms downstairs. This bedroom has a full private bathroom attached.

The third bedroom has a dedicated workspace with electric adjustable height desk complete with monitor, keyboard, mouse, and docking station! Futon bed in the third bedroom folds down to sleep additional guests.

a hidden gem

TL;DR If you're thinking of booking, don't hesitate - it's a lovely, clean place, has all the essentials you need (and then some!), the host is 'on it' and is highly communicative and kind, and it seems like it's central to just about anywhere you want to go in Austin. I'm not sure how this place doesn't have more reviews - it's incredible! I was in the neighborhood visiting family and happened upon this beaut. First, Dave was incredibly responsive and helpful answering the (many!) questions I had. I appreciate how communicative and pleasant he was before and through our booking. Second, as soon as we walked in the door, it felt like home. It had a ton amenities that I didn't really expect (got to teach my kids cornhole!). There was evena bottle of wine there for my wife and I! The kitchen was stocked with so much, we just needed to bring the food and everything else was there. Plus - this is important - it was spotless. The code on the door was a nice touch as well; we felt safe in this space. Finally, it was easy for us to get to anywhere in the city and nice to have a relaxed place to come back to. Zilker Park was really nice and close. After dropping the kids off with their cousins, we even found the secret speakeasy from the guestbook! Honestly, this place should be booked solid. I'm grateful we were able to sneak in, but don't expect to the next time we're in town.

Perfect Austin home in great area!

Our first trip to Austin did not disappoint - this house is so clean and comfortable, and we loved the decor! Very cool! The check-in/check-out process was smooth with great communication. It is a short drive into downtown Austin, but the local area is amazing! We ended up spending more time at restaurants and such closer to this house than we originally planned during our weekend. Thankful for the 'guest book' that had some great recommendations and tips for the home in it. Hope to be back to Austin and stay here again someday!

Quiet, roomy but hot bedroom during the summer

We stayed for 2 weeks in May with my family and dog. The neighbors were friendly and the street was quite. The pictures were accurate and the house was fully stocked. Our biggest complaint was the upstairs master bedroom/bath/closet was overwhelmingly hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. It was in the 90s outside the entire time we were there so this didn't help. The smart thermostat kept resetting itself so we had to keep turning the dial down to cool the house for us to sleep at night. Besides the hot upstairs we had a smooth stay.

Feels like home

I stayed in this house with my two dogs for a month and it was just what I needed. Comfortable, felt like a home and not a hotel, in a nice neighborhood with lots of young people and dogs. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the bathroom was fabulous, and there was.plenty of room ate unpack things. The back yard was fully fenced, had a fire pit and wood, and was a good place to hang out. My only two tiny complaints were that the master bedroom mattress was so thick that it was hard to climb up into the bed, and the property manager did not respond to either of my emails with questions about the house and my schedule. But overall a good experience, and I would stay here again.
