This amazing rental is only 3.9 miles from the Gulf of Mexico where you will find beautiful turquoise water and fantastic white sandy beaches along the famous Hwy 30A! If you want some calmer waters for kayaking and fishing, it's less than 2 miles to Choctawatchee Bay! The Blue Bayou is a spacious, pet friendly, 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home that can accommodate 10 guests and there is plenty of room for a boat or two!! Relax on the spacious front porch while enjoying your morning coffee, or enjoy a large gathering at night on the back porch screened in bar area, complete with an outdoor TV and furniture ! The interior of the home is light with a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful wall of glass in the dining room overlooking a large fenced in back yard which is perfect for kids and your pets! There are 6 TV's including one in each bedroom, wireless WI-FI or jump on one of the bikes we provide and to go for a ride! Grab some beach chairs and umbrellas from the garage and watch the sunset! Visit the local restaurants like The Red Bar in Grayton Beach or fresh local Seafood shops and grill outside! Santa Rosa Beach is located between Destin, FL and Panama City Beach, FL. Stop by Grayton Beach State Park and see the amazing sand dunes! There is fantastic shopping in Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach and all along 30-A. Home owners went above and beyond expectations

Can’t express how amazing this stay was my son and his friends stayed here and the host was so wonderful and helpful in so many ways between locations to visit to making them/us feel more like the stay was at a close friend or family members home the host were so welcoming (I want to make sure I say that the communication was always prompted by us) but they genuinely wanted everyone staying to have the best time possible and I’m just so happy with this property, the host, the stay, everything:)

Great Rental in Santa Rosa with Pets!

My wife and doggies enjoyed our recent stay. The location is convenient to Grayton Beach and Highway 98. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen stocked. There was even space and bowls for the dogs who loved the fenced back yard. The screen porch and large bar were a nice surprise (wish that it was warmer to enjoy it). The owners were very quick at addressing questions and a joy to work with. Thanks for a great 2 night stay! Merry Christmas!

Amazing Property - Just as pictured

We had to evacuate during Hurricane Milton - this was stressful and scary and Danielle made this such a great experience - the home was ready, clean and just so peaceful and comforting. They have all the comforts of home. AC units were clean and house was neat and tidy - we would rent again and hopefully will for a planned vacation

Fishing Vacation

My wife and I loved this property. It has a cute and homey feel to it from when we first walked in. The location was conveniently located close to two boat launches, and had plenty of room to park my boat under a carport cover. We liked how it was close to the beach roads, restaurants, and stores, but set back on one of the not so busy streets. We would like to go back when the weather is cooler and use the fire pit in the back yard after a day on the water.

Great place for dog families

The property manager is responsive, and the property spacious. Great amenities for beach days, chairs, coolers, toys, etc. Nice encased backyard for our dogs. We enjoyed ourselves.

Blue Bayou Green Stay

Our stay at the Blue Bayou was excellent. The home was nice, clean and completely cozy. We enjoyed our stay and all the accommodations and amenities at the home . We especially loved the patio area. The location of the home is centrally located to the beaches and nearby shopping areas. The host was completley accessible when I had questions. The overall stay was outstanding and we will most definitely book again for our next family vacation.

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great house, location, and a great place if you are bringing along your dogs. We really loved the patio and fenced in yard. House was much bigger than expected and included everything we needed and more! Host was also very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Great Getaway!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the Blue Bayou over our long weekend. We made the reservations last minute and they were able to accommodate us. We were able to bring our 3 dogs as well. The home was equipped with everything we needed. Owners were great with communication and easy to work with. We will definitely stay again.

Well-Appointed Home Near the Beach

The property was amazing: Spacious, clean, and so well-appointed! I have never been in a rental, until this one, where the owners had everything you could think of available to you. From slow cookers, coffee makers, and French presses, to beach chairs and extra towels, to dog bowls - they had it all! The home was perfect for our family group of 7, everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. There was even a trundle bed in the master bedroom which was perfect for our toddler; there was a room with 2 twin beds, perfect for our 2 older kids, and the remaining 2 rooms had full size beds. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. And the best part, we were only minutes driving distance to a couple of beaches. One of the best experiences I've had in vacation rentals thus far.

Destin wedding weekend

We had an emerald grande wedding location traffic was heavy but we did fine coming and going to the venue with about a 30 minute window for travel. The house was comfy and the beds were as well. Thanks so much for sharing your unique home with our family for a busy wedding weekend.

Working Vacation

Booked for a working trip 3 weeks. Stayed with two coworker's & one of their dogs then our families came to stay the last week for spring break. Overall good communication with the owner especially at booking and first week of stay. House was clean. Enjoyed the back patio area. Appreciated the option to use beach chairs, eagon and umbrella. Beds weren't all thst comfortable just too soft for our liking. We cleaned up after ourselves during our time and put everything back were it belonged. A few minor hiccups happened while we were there, like a chair bolt came out of one of the patio chairs and we used our tools to put it back on and tighten it. There was a strong sewer smell in the every once and awhile out by car port, not sure if it was from house or nect door, meant to inform the owner but forgot. Ended up being charged additional cleaning fee for a repair ? and a fee to replace a runner, not sure why. We followed the leaving instructions left by the owner, we left a day earlier than our checkout date, so only thing we didnt get to do was help start a load to wash bed sheets as we didn't want it to soil overnight in the washer. Overall we enjoyed our time there, house was nice, area was nice.

Perfect property for a family birthday party!

We loved the property and the backyard was perfect for our family gathering with the kids. The huge screened porch and bar area was great for entertaining everyone. The property was spotless snd well equipped with everything you need for your vacation. Our host was wonderful and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this property for your family vacation and the owner was amazing to work with.

Wonderful home

What a great home, clean, comfortable and convenient to everything! The home is perfect for a family and the fenced in yard was great for the dogs. Hosts are so responsive and accommodating for your needs! Will be coming back again.
