Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, and free Wi-Fi, parking (limited to 4 cars), coffee, washing machine, and dryer.

The neighborhood around this house is called Liberty City. It is a residential neighborhood with a mix of single-family homes, apartment buildings, and businesses. The neighborhood is home to a diverse population, including people of African American, Hispanic, and Caribbean descent.

Liberty City is located about 6 miles north of downtown Miami. It is bordered by NW 79th Street to the north, NW 27th Avenue to the south, NW 13th Street to the east, and NW 15th Avenue to the west.

The neighborhood is home to a number of schools, parks, and businesses. Some of the notable businesses in Liberty City include the Liberty City Marketplace, the Liberty City Community Center, and the Liberty City Library.

Prior to your arrival, please note that an extra $1,000 security deposit will be necessary. Local residents and bookings made within 7 days of the stay will also incur an additional deposit. For houses featuring 5 bedrooms or fewer, the extra deposit is $500, while houses with more than 5 bedrooms will have a $1000 additional deposit. It's important to mention that security deposits cannot be settled via credit card.
