As you enter the home, you will be greeted with a gorgeous chandelier and elegant floor design. The living room features graceful vaulted ceilings and tons of space. Recline on the cozy sectional sofa and watch your favorite shows on the 65" Roku TV, or enjoy a board game at the game table.

The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space. Cook a delicious meal without the headache - our home comes fully stocked with all the utensils and cookware you need! Brew a foamy latte or cappuccino using the complimentary Keurig coffee machine, which includes a milk frother for all your handcrafted beverages.

Dine with style at either the breakfast bar or luxury dining table. We've included lots of plates, bowls, and other dinnerware so you can get straight to serving without the hassle.

In the master bedroom, we've installed furniture fit for royalty - a magnificent king-size bed, matching dresser and nightstands, a TV cabinet with a 40" Roku TV, and a wall mirror. As you walk towards the bathroom there are two generously-sized walk-in closets on the left and right. The en-suite bathroom boasts a jacuzzi tub, his-and-hers vanities, and a large walk-in shower.

To the left of the kitchen are the two other bedrooms. The second bedroom doubles as an accommodating office and is equipped with a queen Murphy bed which can be stored in the cabinets during the day. The third bedroom comes with another queen-size on one wall and a day bed on the other.

As you head out the patio doors you will see the outdoor kitchenette and dining set, with additional seating along the wall. This opens up to the pool area, which lets in lots of sunlight and is a great place to go for a swim. Towards the right side, there is an outdoor bathroom and shower for a quick clean-up after a day in the sun.

You'll be able to access the entire home, except for the small uncovered patio to the right of the pool.

The property is located in the Hidden Lake subdivision. This quiet neighborhood features charming Spanish-style architecture and majestic palms.

As you enter the neighborhood, continue straight until you reach the second left, then take the next right onto 102nd Loop. The property will be the 3rd on the left. Parking will be in the driveway on the left side of the house.

The front door smart lock does occasionally get jammed. If this happens, simply push it farther into the frame and it should lock properly.
1. NO smoking. Please refrain from smoking on the property. Violators will incur a $250-$500 cleaning fee.

2. NO illegal drugs. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

3. NO parties. Celebrations are welcome with prior approval from the host.

4. NO pets. We welcome your furry companions at our property, subject to a one-time $100 pet fee.

5. Always lock the house when leaving to protect your belongings and our property.

6. Guests will be held responsible for damaged or missing items, with charges including item value, replacement fees, and/or repair costs.

7. Swimming is at your own risk. We assume no liability for injuries sustained while using the pool.

8. Most importantly, relax and make lasting memories during your stay!
