I'm a native Austinite and love my hometown. When I'm not on the water boating and surfing, you can catch me on a golf course, at one of the hip restaurants, or out at one of the jumpin' hotspots in town.

South Austin (SoCo) is the groovy area of Austin. Known for its eclectic scene, it's peaceful and bustling at the same time. A block off South Congress and you're in an oasis of calm. A block away and you can be in one of the most historic live music joints in Austin. SoCo is authentic Austin.

If you don't like cool and hip this ain't for you. But if you like to be in a brand new house, with stylish everything, in an oasis of heritage trees and a block from the most happening place in Austin....you'll probably love it here.
