Detta inbjudande 3BR / 3BA, kontor, 70 stil hem är bekvämt beläget bara 20 minuter nordväst om downtown Austin och gångavstånd till en golfbana. Den huvudsakliga sittgrupp erbjuder plattskärms-kabel-TV, barnflygel för gäster som kan spela, och en stor sektionssofa och accentstol. De stora fönstren ser ut mot backlandet och de närliggande hustaken. På övervåningen terrassen finns gott om sittande med roliga kvällsljus. Det fullt utrustade köket har rostfria vitvaror och kaffe på morgonen. Baren sitter 4 och köksbordet rymmer 8 med extra stolar som finns i hemmet. Det stora sovrummet har en bekväm king size-säng med utsikt över lyxiga bakgårdspoolen. På en sval kväll kan de franska dörrarna i sovrummet öppnas för att känna att poolen är i armlängd. De två rummen ligger på motsatta sidan av huset med en komplett badrum / bad dusch combo. Båda rummen har queen size-sängar. Kontoret nere har en vägg av glasdörrar som ser ut mot poolen. I detta rum finns en futon som viker ut i en king size-säng och har även ett privat badrum med dusch.

Efter en bra dag i Austin i galskapet, bosätta dig i en avkopplande kväll vid poolen. Det finns 1 stort bord som sitter 6 med 2 solstolar i närheten och även en annan sittgrupp över poolen. Slå på fontänen och njut av din privata utväg! Om du väljer att göra din egen Texas grillning ... Gå över till HEB fem minuter bort och hämta dig några bra biffar. Grillen ligger på sidovägen närmast köket.

En bekväm del av detta område är att du har enkel tillgång till alla motorvägar. Tollväg i närheten (av till raserna), 183 ansluter till 35 och Mopac (Downtown njutning). Austin är ett bra ställe att komma och jag vet att du kommer att njuta av att bo här.

Repeat destination

We have started at this house several times now and me and my kids love to go back every chance we get. It is so peaceful and is set up for a relaxing vacation for the whole family. Mindy is so attentive and always makes us feel at home. We will definetely be coming back again soon

Perfect stay

Our stay at the house was just what we were looking for. The house is exactly as pictured, we all enjoyed the pool, and it is not a far drive into downtown. Our host responded quickly and kept us informed. We will definitely book again when we come back to Austin.

A fairly short but enjoyable stay. We really booked this property for the hot tub (hard to find in Austin) and it was great for that! And didn’t disappoint in any way

Clean, Cool, and full of things to do!

The house was awesome. We especially enjoyed the pool and cabana area. I’d recommend the host and location and would happily rebook if we’re ever in the area again.

Vacation home in the city

This home haha become a favorite with my family for a getaway spot. It feels so secluded but surrounded with great places. Home design and pool decor is so relaxing and inviting. We felt right at home.

My kids and I have stayed at this property multiple times and it never disappoints From the lively decoration throughout the house, to the thoughtfulness of arrangement of outdoor area. There is something for everyone and it is so relaxing.

Second year in a row and booking for a third. WE love this place. Everywhere you go it is an art piece. Pool is amazing, upper pool deck.... amazing. Backyard is where we spend most of our time. Impressed every time we stay!

Delightful

This property has everything you need inside and out. The outdoor pool area is wonderful and magical at night with all of the accent lighting. It is in a great location, close to downtown Austin and Lake Travis. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful should you need anything or have any questions.

Beautiful, Artistic, Comfortable,

This home is done beautifully with owners own touch. Very high end and very clean. Pool and hot tub heated with additional cost. Location near downtown Austin. Lots of extras added for comfort. It is pricey but worth the cost.

Amazing!

We loved this property! It truly exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home. Well maintained and spacious. The backyard pool area was terrific! It is very centrally located with many great restaurants and shopping options within a short drive, and the home itself is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time in the "Domain" area (shops, restaurants, entertainment, bars etc.) which was about a 15-minute drive away. The host was wonderful at communicating with us. We felt very welcomed and would definitely return in the future!

Best Rental in Austin - PERIOD

This was our second time renting this property. If that doesn’t say enough about what we think of this property, then keep reading. First, the property is kept on absolute immaculate condition - inside and out. Additionally, all of the furnishing inside/out seem very high-end and well thought out. One (of many possible) highlight, is the master bath. The shower and jacuzzi tub are an experience in themselves. Finally, communicating with Mindy is an absolute pleasure. You can tell she takes pride in the product she is delivering. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Amazing Place for a Getaway!

Wow!!!! What a fun property! Our family gathered for a long weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation. The interior and exterior were immaculately maintained. It was full of amazing lightning and whimsical designs throughout. The home had several areas around the property for lounging or enjoying a meal. The pool and grounds were beautiful and inviting! The kitchen had everything imaginable! It also had a gorgeous grand piano that my niece- who’s an accomplished musician- play and sing which was a bonus for our family’s entertainment! So much thought and attention has gone into this home. Our host, Mindy, was exceptional! She graciously accommodated a couple of requests that made our stay extra special! We highly recommend this home for a nice getaway!

Best rental experience ever!

From start to finish, this vrbo experience was the best I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in lots of houses, but this one I will never forget. It was our daughter’s wedding weekend and our host Mindy allowed the bridesmaids to get hair and make up done there. We had a bridal brunch and the house was perfect. The outdoor areas are amazing. Mindy was so helpful and communicative. The house was so well equipped, we had everything we needed. Mindy even asked me before she decorated for Christmas and the things she put up were beautiful and coordinated with our wedding colors! I can’t say enough about this house and host. It was a big part of our wedding experience and I will be forever grateful to Mindy for both the house and her hospitality.

Amazing! Book it!

A group of friends and I celebrated our 40th birthday here. The backyard is a dream. They have put so much effort into the landscaping, the lighting, the lounge and seating areas, it felt like a resort Inside the home is so fun with an added bit of luxury given the cool layout and furnishing. Each bedroom was comfortable and the master with the doors to the backyard was an added bonus. The house is stocked with everything you need as well. Might be the most I’ve seen at an Airbnb. We weren’t without anything!! House is very easy to get to and in a safe neighborhood. Nice hills with a view from the backyard. Working with the owner was so great too. She was responsive with every message and made sure everything was ready when we got there. She even left us a fun personalized note and flowers for our birthday when we arrived! I would definitely book again!

Perfect stay

Property was as described. This very well stocked, very comfortable home was perfect. The rental is stocked with paper products, pantry items, etc. leave everything at home. There are plenty of linens, towels etc. property owner reached out to me the morning of our stay and was easy to reach. Recommend to all and would come back .

Eclipse House!

We had a wonderful stay here and witnessed the solar eclipse from the backyard, some us in the pool, some in the jacuzzi and we couldn’t have asked for better! The host Mindy was so helpful and has appointed the house with everything you might need to gather family together to celebrate!

Wonderful weekend getaway with my teenage kids!
