Steve and Bobbi's place will invite you in as if you are visiting family. If you are a world traveler, you'll feel right at home, if not, be prepared to visit many countries and cultures throughout this home. It's like a mini museum of their own travels and they are sharing those with you. The kitchen has everything you need and the massage chair and master bath feels like your own spa. I was struggling with cancer while staying there and the kindness they showed me left me speechless. If you are looking for a peaceful neighborhood, with a sense of personalization and exceptional communication, hit the reserve button. You won't regret it! I hope to make a return visit .

A great location for many hikes activities. Amazing Park sites loaded with the local Saguaro giant Cactuse.A very friendly and helpful Host. Great location with easy axis to many restaurants in the area.We stayed at this location 30 days and are looking for our next stay at this location. Highly recommend this site in Mesa Arizona.

Arizona Retreat

We really enjoyed sitting on the lovely deck watching the golfers then later getting in the hot tub to relax. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to everything a person could need without having to join in the busy Phoenix traffic. The hosts are accommodating and the place is clean and ready for you when you arrive. Great place to stay!

Sweet walk to good times

Steve and Bonnie hosting the home were amazing. Golf course was right out back patio door, and the home was comfortable, and in a prime spot to go just minutes to fun from all directions. Would highly recommend for whatever get away reason you need. But did i mention Golf, food and fun!

Great place to stay in NE Mesa.

This house seemed like it was newly renovated. The towels were so soft. Usually you get hard rough towels but theirs were luxurious. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The house was roomy and clean. The hosts were great.

Good location.

Good location on a quiet street. We were there for a week of golf. Lots of restaurants nearby. Owner responded promptly when a door lock didn’t work. Putting green out back is fun to use.

Shiatsu Shangre-la

We were registered for a two week stay. The home is lovely and very well equipped. It backs up to a very nice golf course. We sat out back a lot enjoying the perfect weather and view of the mountains. Bobbi and Steve were great hosts and made every effort to keep everything running smoothly. We will definitely be back.

Great relaxing week in Mesa

We really enjoyed our stay at Rancho del Lago. The house was spacious and bright. The kitchen was equipped with more than we needed. The patio on the golf course was truly a haven after a day of golf and/or touring around the area. Hot tub was great and just sitting and relaxing watching the golfers go by was fun. Steve and Bonni were available for any questions we had, but totally gave us our privacy. Highly recommend this property. It was a GREAT stay.

Winter retreat

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this residence for four months. We enjoyed our visit at this most comfortable home with lots of personal touches. Steve and Bobbi were very accommodating hosts. The location of the home could not have been better with it in a great neighborhood on Painted Mtn. Golf Course. Additional amenities such as hot tub, shiatsu massage chair and large deck area added value to our stay. If we get back into the area this will be our choice again.

Our Stay in Mesa

We loved the patio and watching the golfers. The home needed a thorough cleaning and de-cluttering. The hot tub was great although there were some problems at the start of our stay. We only ate outside on the patio so can't comment on the dining room and the kitchen counter was not comfortable and too dark for reading the newspaper etc. Once we cleaned and got new bed pillows we had a pleasant and relaxing stay and hated to leave the beautiful AZ neighborhood.

I am responding to your review because we are accustomed to only 5 stars as we make a great effort to go above and beyond. Since we were out of the country I did not have the opportunity to check the cleaning crew although we have been very happy with their work. Please tell us what we can do better specifically about cleaning as we were confused when you wrote “the home needed a thorough cleaning” could you let us know what needed to be done. The carpets were professionally cleaned in March and the $9000 hot tub and courtyard remodel were less than a month old when you moved in. Please indicate what needed attention….. Stove Refrigerator Floors Towels Bed linens Toilets Showers Dusting Windows Other (specify) We offered to swap out our dryer, but you were willing to “live with it” until we got back. We have since put in another washer and dryer. Bobbi I am adding to my wife’s response. We have also replaced the stools at the kitchen bar, and will redirect the lights so it will be easier to read at the counter. As my wife mentioned, we are used to receiving 5 star reviews. Yours was the first 3 star review we have received. Frank and Myra were quite shocked when I told them of you rating and your comments about cleaning. Frank assured me they spent a solid 3 hours cleaning before your arrival, and it would be helpful to know exactly where we may have fallen short. I have only given one 3 star rating to another owner where we stayed because pictures on the website were deceiving and the house had minimal kitchen supplies (and no toilet paper!). The owner was also indifferent and non communicative. Can you tell me where we may fallen short in that area? We think the pictures on the website of the dining room and the kitchen stools spoke for themselves. Please let us know how we can do better. Steve

Super Setting

This property is located on a golf course with a personal 4 hole putting green on the property. Not only could we watch golfers, but wild life also. At dusk one evening we saw 2 coyotes strutting through the walkway. We hosted a reunion gathering one day and the children enjoyed putting balls into the holes. There are lots of chairs and not work. LOL

Chance to spend time with family

We were able to spend time with our family after a three-year separation due to COVID protocols. It was a comfortable home with room to eat and play together.

Very nice accommodations.. view of hole number 12.. close to restaurants and hiking.. we played a lot of pickleball if your into that. Can’t go wrong.. you will love this place..
