One bedroom, one bathroom cottage centrally located in Ventura. This is a cozy, clean, and simple cottage. To read reviews of our other property (currently unavailable) check out our other listing on VRBO, property ID 2166854. Perfect for traveling health care workers, couples or singletons wanting to be close to everything! Please note that this unit is located in Midtown, in a commercial neighborhood. Everything is close but there is noise from the businesses and cars nearby. The cottage has street parking only and is on property shared with the host.

There is one queen bed, a walk-in shower, and a washer and dryer. This cottage is completely furnished turn-key. The kitchen has a gas range, microwave, Keurig and pour over coffee maker, blender, full size refrigerator, and other kitchen items to make your short-term stay comfortable. The living room has a smart TV for you enjoy Netflix or other subscription channels. There are plenty of towels and an extra set of clean sheets for you to use during your stay. All utilities, including Wi-Fi are included.

This cottage is located in Midtown Ventura and has easy freeway access, is close to the hospital district, shopping, and downtown.

Perfect central location

We needed a spot near our sister in law and this location worked perfectly for us. Alex was very kind and sweet. The bed and linens were comfy!

Just what we needed

Alex, our host, was wonderful. The house was just as expected. It was comfortable, reliable, and the location was easy to access anywhere. Ventura has a lot to offer - great food, nice downtown, and a small beach town feeling.

Convenient and comfortable cottage

We were in Ventura for a couple of weeks to spend time with family who live nearby. The cottage is cute and comfortable, and although it's near a main street, it was quiet at night. Street parking was no problem. The owners live on the property, and were friendly and accommodating, and easy to reach. The amenities were all as advertised and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenware is pretty limited (no wine glasses, a few older pans, etc.), which didn't affect us much because we weren't cooking a lot there. Overall, a great stay and we'd go there again.

As advertised and met our needs

Rented this place for a colleague that was in town for 4 days doing some training for our business staff. He said the place was great, as advertised and perfect for his very minimal use. Would recommend if did other solo travelers, professionals or people that need a comfy bed, hot shower and convenience to downtown Ventura.

Cute little house

House was clean and had all the necessary accommodations. However the front steps need a railing. Older people (like us) found it very challenging to manage the steps. Also would appreciate some hooks in the bathroom hang things.
