Våra 3 sovrum, 2 badrum Lake House ligger på Curtis Lane (uppkallad efter vår farfar), en liten väg i ett avskilt område i Moultonborough Neck (hjärtat av Lake Winnipesaukee). Alternativen är obegränsade! Kryssning på MV Mt Washington, på din egen båt eller på en lokalt hyrd båt, Waverunner eller kajak; Delta i ett Nascar Race på New Hampshire Motor Speedway; Bargain Shop på North Conway / Tilton Outlet Malls; besök Prescott Park i Portsmouth, Storyland eller Water Country; spela Mini-Golf, Bowl eller köra Go-Carts på Funspot; åka vattenrutschbanan vid Weirs Beach; se en film i Gilford eller en livekonsert på Meadowbrook eller på ett Village Gazebo i Wolfeboro / Alton Bay. Delta på en hantverksmässa med lokala hantverkare i Alton Bay, Wolfeboro eller på Gunstock; Promenera runt i trädgårdsskogen; Napp på din brygga / däck; Simma vid vattnet (hoppa av flottan); Fisk utanför ditt däck; Njut av glass / spela brädspel / läs / pussel. Hemmet är välutrustat och har spektakulär utsikt över sjön och bergen. Ett stort däck går längs huset, mot sjön. De tre sovrummen sover bekvämt 6 personer (två med två enkelsängar vardera och ett med en dubbelsäng). Det finns en utdragbar bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Bryggan är idealisk för upp till en 22ft båt och är lättillgänglig via terrasserade trappor från huset. Huset är 100% rullstolsanpassat.

Wonderful Lakeside Location

A group of six women stayed there because 50 years ago we were campers on an island in Lake Winnepesaukee. We used the firepit and swam off the dock.

Laconia weekend

We couldn't be happier with our stay. The lake house was just as advertised. The house was very clean and accessable and had all of the accomendations. Beautiful views and a very peaceful place overall.

Beautiful lakefront property

We are return renters and we love this property! It is a private lot on a beautiful location right on the lake. There is a nice dock for swimming and fishing. The sunrise is spectacular from the spacious deck. We have had the best family vacations here!

Lake area is awesome!

The location was magical. It is quiet and private. Our dogs loved it! The lake area was clean. Kids loved floating dock. We had a fantastic week. The house is really nice, with a great view.

Another incredible stay on the lake

Thank you again so much for having us at your lakefront cabin. This is the most beautiful and remote location, with fantastic views, lake access, and lots of things to do in the area. It’s also fully accessible so my mother, who is in a wheelchair, can be fully independent in the house. For these reasons I can’t recommend this cabin highly enough.

Beautiful Location, Handicap Friendly

Very nice house in a gorgeous setting, every bit as nice as advertised. The house is also very handicap friendly, with single floor layout, ramps and handholds. My 92-year-old mother-in-law had absolutely no problems getting around with her walker.

Incredible View

We can't say enough good things about this property. The view was so serene and peaceful. We saw and heard loons every day, including a bald eagle. The amenities were perfect for our family; including flexibility with our dogs.The owners were very responsive and provided excellent customer service. Location was great. Traveled into Wolfeboro, Castle In The Clouds, Bald Peak Hike, Hermit Woods Winery Meredith, Twin Barns Brewery Meredith to name a few. Excellent restaurants locally also. We had such a wonderful family reunion and would love to come back again.

Lake Winn House

Property is very quiet and private. Immediate shoreline is rocky but water is easily accessed with swim ladder. Once in the water the bottom is sandy throughout the area and drops off very gradually. About 3 feet deep near the dock. Great for swimming yet deep enough to bring a boat up to the dock. The mooring whips were great to tie our boat to. We made frequent use of the many kayaks, 3 bicycles, and ping pong table in the basement. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to book next year.

Peaceful week at the big lake

We have stayed at many different houses in the Meredith/Moultonborough area in NH. This house stands out as being very tidy and clean, as well as having plenty of elbow room inside and out. We only used the main bedroom, where the bed is quite comfortable and there is a view out over the lake from the sliding glass door. This area of the lake has a bit of boat traffic during the middle of the day, but is exceptionally quiet and still in the mornings when it is ideal to kayak. Finally, the setting of the house is wonderfully private, with great separation from adjacent properties. Overall this was a great choice for a week at the lake.

Excellent view of and access to Lake Winnepasauke

This is the perfect location for a week away from the city. This is our 3rd time to rent this place. The house is tucked away in the woods. It has all the basic amenities to make one feel like it is home away from home. Nothing beats the gorgeous view of the lake from the deck, which one can walk out to from the living room or the master bedroom. One can enjoy the beauty of the lake from the deck or from the dock. Kayaks are available and made for a lot of fun on the water. The hosts were easy to contact and were always responsive.

There is nothing more special then the feeling of being waterfront and enjoy the amazing nature that surrounds us. We enjoy watersports, relaxing on our decks or hanging on our swim platform. At night time we go out and enjoy one of the great dining places around, go to the movies or just check out some of the neat local spots like Weirs beach.
