Only 1 night

Several family members had to fly into Knoxville late in the eve so we used the house as a meeting spot for 1 night . The house was exactly what was needed and it would be a great place to stay for a longer time if we were to stay in the area .

Great spot for Family Fun

This rental was great. The description was accurate. The location was wooded and there was some noise from nearby train tracks and highways. The house is on a lot with three other rentals all private homes with the Slightly steep shared driveway. I would recommend this house to others.

We had an enjoyable stay and the property met our needs. There was an issue with the overhead garage door therefore, the lights in that room would not go off. And there were several cleaning issues that we were disappointed in. You could see dust on the coffee table in the living room. The floors didn’t appear to be real clean found a centipede like bug in one of the bathrooms beverage cans from a previous guest were left in the rec room, and there was also much debris and garbage in the rec room sofa. There was also a used washcloth in one of the showers, which indicates that it probably did not get cleaned. found a centipede like bug in one of the bathrooms beverage cans from a previous guest were left in the rec room, and there was also much debris and garbage in the rec room sofa. There was also an used washcloth in one of the showers, which indicates that it probably did not get cleaned. Also, the light in the water closet of the master bath did not work.

Perfect place to stay for a Football game!!!

I and some lifelong friends recently enjoyed staying at this house for a Vols football game, and our experience was exceptional. The property and its surroundings thrilled us from the moment we arrived. We have been going to Knoxville for 17 years for a yearly game. This year, this house made it that much better! Location: The rental house was set in a quiet setting, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of downtown—a quick 15 minutes from Neyland. Accommodations: The house itself was beautifully maintained, and it was evident that great care had been taken in its upkeep. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparation a cakewalk, and the living area was a welcoming space to socialize and watch Football. We were also impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided. Outdoor Spaces: One of the highlights of this rental house was its outdoor spaces. The expansive deck featured comfortable seating and a barbecue grill and hot tub. We spent our evenings enjoying drinks and the firepit. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is always a top priority for us, and this rental house exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, and it was evident that the owners took great pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness. This contributed to our overall sense of comfort and relaxation during our stay. Communication and Hospitality : The property owner and the property manager were both incredibly responsive and accommodating. They gave us all the information we needed for a seamless check-in and stay. Our questions or concerns were addressed promptly, and their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall Experience: Our stay at this place was truly impressive. We will book it again next year! It offered a perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and natural beauty. We left feeling grateful for the excellent experience. We highly recommend this rental house to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing escape. The combination of its idyllic location, comfortable accommodations, and attentive hosts makes it a top-notch choice for a vacation rental. We can't wait to return next year!!!!
