Mostly good!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Room was tiny but clean. Did not understand the a/c system. Only one ven n our room & it was nowhere near the bed. On our last night, we came home from dinner & there was water all over the floor & dripping into the shower. Apparently, the a/c was not functioning properly & was draining into the ceiling causing it to swell & drain. It looked as if it was about to burst n several spots. We contacted the front desk & they sent Mike up, who was super nice & let the front desk know the condition was of our room. Unfortunately, WE had 2 go downstairs to ask what they were going to do bcuz we could NOT stay n that room & they advised they had “good news”. They moved us 2 a studio for the night which was even smaller & meant we had 2 pack up @ almost midnight 2 get moved. I asked then the following morning if they planned n compensating us for our trouble AND 4 the smaller room. They said we would have 2 notify VRBO & then Vrbo would contact THEM that we were approved for an u disclosed percentage off. Other than that, the location was a little sketchier than we usually prefer, but all in all it was fine.
