Varje gång på året kan du njuta av aktiviteter som cykling, vandring, kajakpaddling, surfing, golf, fiske och naturligtvis bara avkoppling. Sightseeing eller vingårdar högst upp på din lista? Det historiska Hearst Castle ligger ungefär en timmes bilresa norrut, det finns två av Kaliforniens uppdrag att turnera och vår region är överst på listan för världsberömda vingårdar, så många att det tar dig mer än ett besök för att besöka dem alla. På en klar natt tänder stjärnorna (inte stadsljus) upp himlen och vi är så nära stränderna att du kan välja mellan mer än ett dussin och vara som mest inom en halvtimme. Om bilshower är högst upp på din lista finns det minst en i månaden i området. Detta hem har täckt parkering och ett överflöd av utrymme så det finns ingen anledning att oroa dig för ditt fordon - det finns tillräckligt med parkering för alla.
Sommarkvällarna är varmare än stranden eller södra platser men vi är svalare än den norra systerstaden Paso Robles. För de små finns det Paso Robles Fire House Museum; Atascadero Zoo, paddelbåtar vid Atascadero Lake & Mr. Putt-Putts minigolf. Efter en rolig dag kan du komma tillbaka - njuta av ett glas vin i badtunnan eller ta ett dopp i poolen. Detta fritidshus har verkligen allt.
Casita är också perfekt för en romantisk vistelse. Stugan och Casita hyrs inte ut till olika parter samtidigt, så om du har hyrt huvudstugan kommer du inte att ha någon annan än dina inbjudna gäster på plats. Detsamma gäller om du har hyrt Casita. Loved our stay

We rented this home for a wedding in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of five couples. The house was very clean, well-organized, and spacious. The large kitchen made it easy to cook and gather, and the pool was a great bonus for relaxing together. The location was ideal—close to everything and easy to get around. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This home is amazing. We came for my parent’s 80th birthdays. Linda went above and beyond, even getting birthday balloons and flowers. She put a shower chair in the bathroom for my mom. We came with my brothers and their families and the house was perfect for all of us. We enjoyed all of the little touches that made us feel right at home- everything is labeled so you know where to find it. There are maps, magazines, binder with a lot of local information. Plenty to entertain our kiddos including all the games, cornhole, bocce, pool table, darts, swimming pool and two hot tubs. We don’t have toddlers but there was a high chair and kid’s toys that would be perfect for that. There was a lovely welcome basket (for some reason the kids wanted all the pens lol). We had a relaxing weekend with a lot of family togetherness. Thank you for a weekend we will never forget. We hope to return someday!

Amazing property with wonderful hosts!

We had a wonderful time at the lodge! We are a very large family- 13 of us stayed for the weekend and had a blast! My husband and I, our adult children along with three grandchildren, all enjoyed this beautiful and cozy home. It is such a peaceful and quiet location and there is so much to do. We enjoyed bocce ball, pool, the Jacuzzis, fire pit, swing and the many games left for the guests by the wonderful hosts, Linda and Gary. We stay in many VRBO‘s and this one was truly one of the very best! Everything you could possibly need is in this home, including the very well supplied and labeled kitchen. The rooms were all so well appointed and beds very cozy! We look forward to coming back here one day!

Perfect place to reconnect

We had a great experience! I especially appreciated the clear communication from the start. The house was perfect for our needs (10 adults and a toddler) and hosts were super accommodating with toys to entertain the little one. Would definitely return.

Central coast family vacation

The house was the most comfortable rental we’ve stayed in. Everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay was included. Everything labeled which made it easier to find. Ample towels, pillows, blankets. House set on a beautiful property. Kids loved all there was to do- pool, darts, swing hot tubs. Owner very responsive. Central to all the places we wanted to visit.

Cozy and Fun Home

Family Friendly Retreat

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Atascadero. The house is spacious and great for families - the kids enjoyed the pool. hot tub and wildlife. The house is quiet and located a short drive from Paso Robles and many great wineries. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Fantastic getaway

Linda was a wonderful, very responsive and attentive host. The thoughtfulness of details to make one's stay as easy as possible was such a pleasure. We hope to go back in the summer and enjoy the pool. Highly recommend.

Family summer getaway

Came here with a couple families and 5 kids ages 2-7. There was so much to do between the property outside, pools, hot tubs, beach trips, spa trips, etc. The only thing I would have wanted would be a washer/dryer, otherwise beautiful property and would definitely come back!

Great find!

Linda and Gary were excellent hosts and very communicative with me leading up to and during our stay. The property was great and had everything you could ask for for a fun weekend getaway. We were a group of 10 and had plenty of space to hang out during the day and sleep at night. We went wine tasting one day and were not far from the wineries we visited. My group loved this place and all agreed we would stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

We just spent 3 nights at this amazing vacation rental. We have family in different parts of California and this was the best property and home for all of us to come and enjoy together to build lasting memories. The house setup was perfectly spread out and well stocked, the outside had everything you needed and more! We got to enjoy the calmness of nature in the mornings, pool time during the day and hot tub and star gazing at night. Gary and Linda are wonderful hosts and we hope to come back again one day!

Vacation land

My 5 children and 6 grandchildren had a grand time and throughly enjoyed their three days at Lodge West. The house was immaculate and maintained with great care. We truly never left the house, but to shop because there were so many activities to do at the house, no one wanted to leave. Linda and Gray were excellent hosts and very available and concerned about our comfort and enjoyment. Definitely a five star vacation experience.

Fabulous Birthday Getaway

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful property. The home was immaculate, and had everything we could possibly need. The property has so much to do, pool, hot tub, pool table, darts, ect. It was an amazing place to spend a weekend getaway. Gary and Linda, the owners were so gracious and left us a sweet welcome package, and were very responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend this place 5 times over. :-)

Fun in the hot hot sun!

We booked the house Labor Day weekend, which turned out to be unseasonably warm. We mainly stayed at the house, and there was plenty to do to keep 4 adults and 4 kids entertained, especially the pool, which gets nice shade. Linda went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable!

Family vacation

We had 5 couples an 2 small children for a family vacation at Lodge West. Everyone had plenty of space both outside and in. Such a pretty environment. With daily visits from the neighborhood deer. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to accommodate several cooks. Thank you Linda and Gary.

Amazing place for family and friends!

We truly enjoyed our time here. It was the perfect location for us to spend time with my son who goes to Cal Poly SLO. The drive to the campus was easy. This property is gorgeous, the home is well maintained, and the owners are very attentive. We appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home. The pictures are accurate; however, they cannot truly capture the peaceful setting. We will be back! Thank you to Linda and Gary for everything.

Relaxing, clean, spacious, & welcoming!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Linda & Gary's house! The house was very clean and spacious. There is so much to do with the pool, hot tub, pool table, deer watching, croquet set, and is perfect for a family gathering. We had 6 adults and 4 children (age 5 and under) and there was plenty of space and activities to keep everyone entertained! Linda & Gary also provided a high chair, crib, baby monitor, & toys when I told them the ages of the children which was so convenient! We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely book the Lodge West again if we are in the area!

Wonderful Home, Ideal for Family Reunions

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation rental, and it was a delightful experience! We were an extended family of 10 and there was room for everyone. The detached casita was a great advantage. The hosts were thorough and inviting. Linda made sure to explain everything upon check-in and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The house is immaculately clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. There were plenty of games and activities to keep everyone entertained, from the youngest kids to the adults. The property itself is an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. From the deck, we were able to watch the deer families, turkey vultures, woodpeckers, and various other wildlife. The pool was the highlight of our stay – crystal clear, well-maintained, and surrounded by plenty of seating. Overall, this vacation rental exceeded our expectations in every way. It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. Highly recommended!

Outstanding Property

We rented this property as a group of 5 adult males. We're a band traveling through the central coast! The property was perfectly maintained; beautifully landscaped. The pool and hot tubs were the perfect temperature. Linda, the owner, was responsive and friendly. Whatever we needed, she would show up and address. This is more of a "hacienda" :-). A luxury compound nestled in the country side with a nice view of a ravine, and plenty of space to play and hang out. There are lawn games and (as a parent I can judge) lots of games and amenities for children. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

Great get-away with our whole family

This was a great property and as described. There were many things to do, all was clean and well-maintained. The kids enjoyed the stay, as much as the adults. Even though we see deer in our area, we enjoyed watching the herd of about 20 deer that came to visit each evening. It was maybe a little over a half hour to the beach, but was an easy drive, with little traffic and no need to deal with all the people after leaving town. Plenty of room for cooking, as well as two tables to use for eating and games and a kitchen counter. The owners were very accommodating, leaving a turkey roaster for us to bake our turkey in. This was our first time to rent a house this way for the whole family and it was a good experience.

Absolutely Perfect

What an amazing spot for a little vacation. Our family loved this house and all it had to offer. The bedrooms are all spread out so almost everyone can have their own private pocket to themselves; along with their own bathroom. Super clean, all amenities provided, Linda has thought of everything. The pool, hot tub, pool table, corn hole, etc., all gave us tons to do. The house felt very comfortable and is very big. It was so nice to drink wines that we had gotten the prior day while laying around the pool, watching deer roam in the hills behind the house, listening to music and firing up the BBQ. We will definitely be back. Thanks for providing the perfect home away from home.

They thought of EVERYTHING!

We have been renting vacation homes for many years and the experience with this property and it's owners Linda & Gary has been by far my favorite! We were a party of 6 adults and 5 kids and everyone had perfect sleeping and bathroom accommodations. The Hosts thought of every little detail and I promise you will have everything you need at your finger tips for a great family/friends getaway. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the entire layout of the home was so open, inviting and perfect! I'm already missing the kitchen... it was better stocked than mine at home:) During your stay if you have any questions or needs Linda and Gary respond immediately.
