**long post**First thing first. This family put work into this because it’s paradise. I’ve never been to Florida but if i needed a place that made me want to it was this. The pool was always available. We even started a bonfire. The house is tucked away so nobody can see anything from the street. I thought that was cool. Beach was close. Publix, liquor store and places to eat were close. The best part was me having to stay a little longer because of our flight and Lynne was able to get us in their pink cottage for a bit. They gave us our privacy but were able to help with any questions. I could’ve taken more pics but take my word. It looks exactly as shown and better in person. I would love to stay here anytime in the future. 10/10 highly recommend.

Check in was simple with almost immediate communication about check in accommodations from Lynne. Also the homemade cake was a delicious treat!

Staycation

The green room was very comfy. What a nice touch to have two pieces of rum cake on the dining table, then a complimentary bag of ice and the wonderful swimming pool and beer! The house has a beautiful landscape and we were near to many great places.We use the 5 off coupon for PJ’s Oyster Bar. It was a great dinner experience. At night my wife was not feeling well and the pain reliever pills came in handy. You have more amenities than expected. Thank you for hosting us!

Lynne and Jeff are absolutely amazing. The way that they have their property set up is beautiful and inviting. I had the pleasure of staying in the green room! There was definitely a beach/sea theme.

Loved everything about this stay! All of our needs were met and we wanted for nothing! This was similar to staying in a 5 star hotel for a fraction of the cos. An incredibly relaxing experience from start to finish!

Wonderful and Beachy

Nice private property close to beaches. Room is simple but clean and beach themed. Bed tv bath shower plenty of closet space. Nice firepit area to sit in the evening. Gardens are awesome and it feels like you’re in the jungle. Pool was a little cool so we didn’t swim but it was nice. Hosting as nice and responsive as could possibly be. I highly recommend this rental.

Poor water heater

Overall, this was an enjoyable experience. Our frustrations are concerning the water heater. I have no idea who all is sharing the same water heater at this property, but throughout the entire weekend only one of us had a hot shower on one occasion, and the rest of the showers were just warm, one of them being completely cold.

Location Was Perfect

We came to town to visit family and attend a class reunion. The green room was very clean, decorated with island decor, and suited our needs for a 3-night visit. We will definitely stay again in the future. And the Island Rum c\ Cake was delicious.

Lovely Getaway w/privacy

I absolutely loved this place. The room and amenities were just as described. The rum cakes waiting for us were delicious, the stocked bathroom and bedroom were fantastic and everything we needed. The pool was the perfect temperature, pool floaties, bug spray, and sunscreen all on site. The property was beautifully landscaped with fun wildlife around and wonderful ambiance. Thank you for the stay, service, and suggestions for places to go! Highly recommend!

Beautiful grounds, Easy-going check-in, close to everything!

My fiancée and I stayed here for a three-night stay. We frequent the area as we are considering moving down in the near future. The stay here was amazing. The grounds were beautiful! The landscaping, the pool, the firepit circle was all so inviting and comfortable. Upon entering our room, the first thing we noticed were two pieces of rum cake. We both found that to be an extremely warming gesture. The room was cleaned spotless and smelled great. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and washcloths for after beach showers. The bed was extremely comfortable, we rested very well. Check-in and checkout instructions were clearly listed on the wall. They were easy to follow! Overall, this stay was top tier! If you are visiting the area I would 100% recommend this humble abode!

Super relaxing get away

Quiet, relaxing, super clean. Loved the salt water pool as we were in a heat wave. There are three rentals on site and we were the only guests at the time so it was truly delightful.

The Green room

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming Vrbo, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I grew in a small town in upstate New York called Le Roy, we moved to Geneseo in 1973 where I met my husband Jeff. we came to Florida to visit his Grandmother and had such an awesome time, we knew we wanted to live here. I have been in the hospitality business for years. When our 2 sons moved out we wanted to downsize and move but we would never find a house or piece of property anywhere in the county. We decided to take a chance and convert the 3 bedrooms each with full baths into vacation rentals. So far it's going great, the only thing I can say is that it's hard to say goodby when you meet such wonderful people.
