Perfect for families, business travelers, or small groups, this single-level condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests (No Pets Allowed). An elevator provides easy access from the basement garage to your floor â no stairs required.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a coffee and tea station, and all cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. A crockpot and blender are available in the shared library area. Kid-friendly dinnerware and a highchair are provided as well!

LAUNDRY: Staying longer than a couple of days? Check out our laundry facility conveniently located on your floor and available for your use anytime. An Iron, Ironing board and vacuum are also provided in the laundry room.
OUTDOOR PATIO: Need a little fresh air? Head out to âThe Roostâ outdoor patio area next to our community kitchen and co-working space for your morning coffee and enjoy!
WELLNESS GYM: Craving a work-out away from home? Check out our gym located on your floor in the hallway near the Roost patio. Use your building key-fob for access.
PERFORMING & VISUAL ARTS: Catch a show in The Alluvionâs world-class performance venue and peruse innovative art exhibits throughout our buildingâs common areas.
COWORKING SPACE: Traveling for business? Commongrounds also offers co-working and meeting spaces; please inquire about space availability and associated fees.

Parking: on-site is limited, here are a few options in the area for your consideration, as downtown is largely a walkable community.
Please Note: The buildingâs basement garage operates on a first-come, first-served basis and does not include a dedicated parking space for this unit and spots cannot be reserved.
Onsite Metered:
The basement parking garage offers free parking from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM (despite signage indicating `no overnight parking,` as it`s not metered or monitored until 8:00 AM).
From 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday, 3-hour metered parking is available. Payment is accepted via ParkMobile, online, toll-free, or with coins.
Free:
Open Street parking is available on Boardman Ave., Webster St., Washington St., and surrounding neighborhood streets. Vehicles found parked on any street or alley between 3:00am-6:00am may be towed at the owner`s expense. Overnight parking is generally permitted during the spring and summer months on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday only. Follow street signage.
Old Town Paid Garage: 125 E. Eighth St. Enforced Mon-Sat 8:00am-6:00pm$1.25-$1.50/hour max $20.00 or monthly permit for $30.00.
Hardy Paid Garage: 303 E. State St. Enforced Mon-Sat 8:00am-6:00pm$1.25-$1.50/hour max $20.00 or monthly permit for $50.00.

- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $100.00, please contact us for further information.
- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays.
- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.

If a non-member books, you will be required to become a member OR pay the public fee advertised on Airbnb.
Here are a few simple rules to guide your stay:
1. BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR. Be friendly, use common sense and consideration of others, and leave common areas as you found them or better. Please note there are common areas and amenities available for guest use, subject to restrictions and guidelines provided by Commongrounds. Guests pay an amenity fee per guest per stay for access to the gym and other community facilities located onsite. If you use a board game or a lounge chair, please return to its home for the next guest to enjoy. If you see another guest or a neighbor, say hello and offer a friendly wave and smile! And when using common areas or resources, be mindful that others can hear you or may want to share use as well.
2. NO SMOKING. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises, including marijuana, vaping, or other types of smoking.
3. QUIET HOURS. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours between 10pm-8am daily.
4. PETS. There are no pets allowed in the building. (This applies to birds with feathers, but please feel free to bring the bird in your soul along.)
