This boathouse cottage is located in a beautiful bay on Lake Rosseau close to Pinafore Islands. Only 5 minutes to Port Carling, 10 minutes to Windermere and 20 minutes to Bracebridge for shopping, dining, golf and tennis! Take advantage of the Port Carling and Bracebridge farmer's markets and enjoy endless boating with access to the "Big 3" Muskoka Lakes.

PROPERTY
HIDDEN GEM - enjoy this super accessible property during any season. Large lake frontage on beautiful Lake Rosseau, separate dock right off of the main driveway and bunkie. Moving to the 2 bedroom, 3 slip boathouse with living accommodations up top, enjoy the large hot tub, new decking and glass railings to ensure you never miss a minute of the view. The large 3 slip lower level boasts an additional bedroom with Queen bed and a 3 piece bathroom. Plenty of seating on these decks and docks for lounging. Water is 4-5 feet off the end of the docks great for swimming and boating. Comfortable outdoor seating including a sectional sofa, dining table with 6 chairs and a smart TV.
