Two-story townhouse with private patio, hot tub, four pools, gym and beach access. This magnificent two-story townhouse boasts a location like no other just a couple of blocks away from the beach.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
This vacation rental features:

Max occupancy for this unit = 6 guests
The enclosed patio offers a secluded oasis with an outdoor dining area for four plus a convenient umbrella and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after spending the day at the beach.
Inside, this well-appointed, air-conditioned townhouse features a colorful living area with inviting furniture and a cable TV. The kitchen may be small, but it comes equipped with absolutely every appliance you could ever need to whip up everything that comes to mind, from a full-course meal to quick beach snacks on the go, comfort food, and finger food. It even has a dishwasher to make cleaning everything up a breeze!
When you book this retreat, you and your friends will have access to the complex's on-site amenities that include four swimming pools, a hot tub, a tennis court, putt-putt, a rec room with a pool table, game room, and fitness center, and direct beach access directly across from the complex entrance at Front Beach Road. Guests at Horizon South can enjoy various activities in the Panama City Beach area, including cycling. Laguna Beach is conveniently located 1.5 miles from the resort, and Russell-Fields Pier is just 2 miles away. For travelers, the nearest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, situated 12 miles from this resort. Horizon South provides an ATM and free Wi-Fi.

Horizon South's Regulations and Fines Policies: It is important for all guests to read and adhere to all rules and regulations provided in the following link and cooperate with on-site security. These will be shared upon booking
Any violation of these Rules and Regulations or of any provision of the Declaration of Condominium or the Associationâs governing documents shall result in a fine ($100) or fee ($250) per occurrence and per day in the event of a continuing violation. The Association may also pursue any appropriate legal action for damages or for injunctive relief to prevent, terminate or redress any further violations. Any fines, fees and/or remediation are due within 5 days of the last occurrence. Any appeals must be made in writing to property management immediately.
REGISTRATION: Upon arrival at Horizon South, all guests without exception must register with Property Management at the main office building by the pools.
Up to 6 wristbands and no more than 2 parking pass(es) may be purchased from Property Management directly when you arrive or ahead of time online and picked up upon arrival during office hours, which are 8am-5pm Central. Acceptable payment methods are debit or credit card (no cash).
Wristbands must be worn at all times by any individual, over the age of 5 years old, while on Horizon South premises (even when amenities are not being utilized). Violators will be fined $100 per occurrence per day.
FEES: Cost for parking passes and wristbands depends upon length of stay. Parking passes must be hung from the rear view-mirror and be clearly visible with the condo unit # and expiration date.
10 days or less:
Up to 2 short-term vehicle parking passes may be purchased for $25 per vehicle.
Wristbands are $20 per guest per stay.
If oneâs stay exceeds 10 days, but is less than one calendar month, guest must purchase additional passes and wristbands at the costs outlined above.
1 month to 6 months:
Up to 2 vehicle parking passes may be purchased for $50 per vehicle.
Wristbands are $40 per guest per stay.
If oneâs stay exceeds 6 months, guest must purchase additional passes and wristbands at the costs outlined just above.
Parking Related Rules and Regulations: This communityâs speed limit for all vehicles is 10 MPH. Pedestrians always have the right of way. Parking or driving in grassy areas is not permitted at any time. No golf carts, ATVs, Slingshots, UTVâs, any motorized scooters or any similar recreational vehicles are permitted on Horizon South premises. During the peak periods of Memorial Day weekend through the end of July, parking areas may be limited. Vehicle parking spaces identified by white lines are designed for passenger cars, smaller passenger vans and pickup trucks with a maximum length of 20 feet. Violators will be fined $100 per occurrence per day.
Proper Trash Disposal: All household trash is to be secured in appropriate garbage bags and deposited into the compactor located on Sunset Dr. Horizon. Recreational Facilities Corp does not have curb pickup. All guests must take their trash to the compactor. Trash cans have been placed in some areas of the property for the convenience of owners and guests for daily recreational trash, not bagged household trash. The dumping of furniture, televisions, appliances, construction debris or any other such items not considered household trash is strictly prohibited. Any of these type items you wish to dispose of, please do not place them outside the dumpsters. The Video System will be utilized to enforce anyone not adhering to the above. Please contact Property Management and communicate your disposal request and they will assist you with all details including cost. Violators will be fined $100 per occurrence per day.
Upon booking, youâll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as itâs not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
