New Central AIR gå till stan - The Perfect Marthas Vineyard Getaway

En sann Vineyard Classic! Vi köpte detta hem honom 2010 och blev kär i sin New England charm. Det var handbyggda 1925 som en personlig bostad för en professionell byggare. Inbyggda skåp och bänkstolar är några av de handgjorda handen som gör det här huset ett hem.

Sedan vi köpte huset har vi gjort några uppgraderingar för att göra det bekvämare och bekvämare. Vi har installerat Central Air Conditioning i hela huset och återställde veranda och ytterdörrar för att släppa in mer naturligt ljus. Vi renoverade köket med GE Cafe apparater inklusive ett gasutbud och en stor äta på ön. Den första våningen layouten har en trevlig öppen känsla med kök sömlöst ansluter med matsalen som sveper runt till vardagsrummet och inomhus veranda. Verandan har en smidesjärn dagbädd och dra ut rulla. Vårt vardagsrum har en Pottery Barn Comfort Sectional och en Sony 50 "plattskärms-TV och DVD-spelare med Xfinity kabel, höghastighetsinternet. Av de 3 sovrummen på övervåningen 2 har drottning sängar och en har en full säng och en spjälsäng (vi har två små barn!). Det renoverade badrummet på övervåningen innehåller en vintage clawfoot badkar och dusch. Från franska dörrar från vardagsrummet kan du komma åt den stora välvda IPE däck med inbyggd sittplatser som innehåller en Weber Summit Grill och överdimensionerad utomhusdusch. Vår hela bakgård är inhägnad och däcken är en utmärkt plats att varva ner efter en dag ut och om på ön.

Vi är bekvämt beläget bara en halv mil promenad till Main Street, Vineyard Haven, Steamship myndigheten båtar och några av de bästa butikerna på ön. En annan stor sak om Vineyard Haven är att du nu kan njuta av öl & vin drinkar med dina måltider! Vårt hem är en 5 minuters bilresa till Oak Bluffs, en 15 minuters bilresa till centrum Edgartown och om en 15 minuters bilresa till Menemsha och Chilmark! Om du kommer från flygplatsen handlar vi om en 10 minuters bilresa därifrån också.

Vineyard getaway.

Great location. Lovely house with a well stocked kitchen. Small market across the street and a great fish market a block away we’re both very helpful since we did not have a vehicle.

Perfect house, great location!

We had the best time in Kelly's house. Her home is adorable and was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The house was centrally located to everything: ferry was conveniently close, you could walk to town, fish market, grocery store...even a cross fit gym right down the road. The sunroom had books for adults and children, toys, board games for us to play. Kelly was also very responsive when we had a quick question. Would definitely come back for another stay! :)

Charming and convenient

The house is the perfect size and style for our family. It was nicely outfitted for our needs . We enjoyed great meals on the deck and relaxed at night in the living room. The location was ideal being close to the town of Vineyard Haven with restaurants, shops and the ferry .

Great Vineyard Haven Rental!

We stayed with our 2 kids & my parents and the house was perfect. A traditional, but updated, New England house with very comfortable & “contemporary” finishes, and great VH location. Plenty of parking & great backyard with deck / gas grill. The location was perfect for us as it was close the market, shopping, etc without the congestion of being in the heart of downrown Vineyard Haven. It would be a little too tight for 2 families that had kids, but perfect for family + in laws. Owner was very helpful / friendly , definarely would rent again.

Amazing stay!

Located a few blocks from the center of town. This house could not be more convenient. It is beautifully decorated with a huge backyard. Kelly was wonderful to work with. Really enjoyed our stay!

A very happy home!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a blast here! The house is clean and organized and the back porch/grill area is perfect for a BBQ or small gathering. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful Quaint Yet Modern Vineyard Home

The house was really close to the boat so that made travel to and from the boat super easy. We were delighted with the size of the back deck which looks out onto a nice backyard where we let little one play without having to worry about him wandering. There was a bunch of room for our guests and everyone just loved the outside shower. Unfortunately we didn't have access to the beautiful sea boat that was temporarily in the driveway, maybe next time! ;)
