PLEASE READ! 2 entrances to private association beach - 1 entrance requires 60+ stairs. The other entrance requires 7 stairs to access with a slight sandy slope. Not recommended for the elderly!

Bedroom 1: Brand new King bed, smart TV, en suite bathroom (tub / shower combo).

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, sleeper sofa, smart TV, en suite bathroom (tub / shower combo).

Bedroom 3: Lower level bedroom, with three queen beds and TV (phone to connect to Chromecast to cast content). Lower level also includes bathroom with walk in shower.

Living Room: two couches and 75" screen smart TV

Lower Level: couch, 75" screen smart TV, pool table, ping pong table

Central AC and heat.

Towels, linens, toilet paper, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, and hand soap provided to start each guest off. Additional items must be purchased by guest - Barney's within 4 miles. Meijer in Michigan City about 15 minute drive away.

Renters must provide their own firewood for indoor and outdoor fires - also available at Barney's for $6.99/bundle. New Yukon outdoor smokeless firepit available for use during warmer months. Please be aware of how to properly dispose of ashes - let them completely cool.

Indoor fires are not permitted May 1st through September 30th yearly.

Dogs: if you are bringing a dog, please ensure you have added it to your reservation. If don't do this, you will still be charged the $125 for bringing a pet and not listing it on your reservation. There is no way around this. Please also be sure to clean up after you pet. By making this booking, you are agreeing to all of these terms - failure to pay will result in a cancellation of your reservation.

Security camera details: one doorbell camera on front door, one camera on garage in backyard, and one in garage. Cameras only to be used in an emergency or if max occupancy is over the allotted number.
