NEWLY RENOVATED HOUSE - 4 BR, 2 bath, private house with brand new heated private pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), patio, landscaping, large yard, isolated location in Lakeside, minutes from Union Pier beach (on the lake side of Red Arrow highway). Sleeps 10 with: heated pool, fire table, pit, BBQ, room to play and quality furnishings throughout. Close to everything in the area: beach, brew-pubs, wineries, restaurants, golf,etc. GOOD NEWS! The pathway on Red Arrow Highway has been extended, and so there is a safe path from the house to the beach.

This house was perfect! My mom, my family and my sister’s family did our yearly summer trip here and everyone had the best time. The pool was perfect (especially with younger kids), the outside area was super nice and the hosts were insanely kind! The house is close to multiple nice beaches and restaurants and if you want to head into New Buffalo it’s a quick easy drive! The kids are already asking when we are going back!

We had a great time at this home. We swam and visited a few landmarks nearby. Clean home, very responsive host, and beautiful pool. We'd come back again!

Wow! The house and pool are extremely clean! Plenty of room for our family of 8. Chris was the perfect host. He responded to my questions in minutes. I highly recommend this home and our Host!!! We had a great trip to Michigan and hope to be back soon.

Secluded Setting But Close To Everything

First and foremost the owner, Chris is great! He was readily available for any questions or concerns. This property is awesome.The house sits in a secluded area, yet close to anything you could want. There are several beaches close by, lots of restaurants, markets and shopping nearby too. Our family of 10 ranging from 70 to 2 had a wonderful time. Boredom never set in thanks to the beautiful heated pool. Down the road is a fun splash park that the kids loved. The house is clean and well stocked. The well thought about decor is warm and welcoming. All 10 of us had a fabulous time and can't wait to return.

My wife Susie and I own two rental properties. The first house is in Union Pier known as the Rambling Hideaway. We have had it as a rental/summer home for a few years, and are proud that we received all - 5 star reviews for the house and the service we provide to guests. We bought this second house in Lakeside and want to also deliver great experiences to guests starting in April, 2023!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Susie and I bought this house in 2021, realizing the great potential the place has to become a spectacular rental. The house is on a large lot, tucked into the woods, with large front and back yards, and is located on the east side (lake side) of Red Arrow Highway, close to the beach. So we set out to renovate the place, to a high standard. We put a new pool in the back, built out a nice pool surround and patio, landscaped. Inside we renovated it with high quality furnishings, fittings and lighting throughout.
