My wife, Susie, and I love hosting and take pride in creating memorable experiences for our guests. We own two vacation rentals in Harbor Country. Our first home, The Rambling Hideaway in Union Pier, has earned consistent 5-star reviews for both the property and the service we provide, and is in the top 10% of rental properties on Airbnb nationally. In 2021, we purchased and fully renovated this second home in Lakesideâadding a pool, new outdoor living spaces, and high-quality furnishings throughout. Since then, it too has received nearly all 5-star reviews.

We fell in love with this property in 2021 because of its location and potential. Tucked away on a large wooded lot with spacious front and back yards, it offers both privacy and convenience. The house sits on the lake side of Red Arrow Highway, just a short walk to the beach via the new pedestrian pathway. We designed the renovations with guests in mindâinstalling a heated pool with a landscaped patio, upgrading lighting and furnishings, and creating indoor and outdoor spaces that feel both stylish and welcoming.
